We had a junior suite (room 8) and it was absolutely gorgeous. Immaculate and spacious. There was a fair bit of noise outside as we were right on a main thoroughfare but it wasn’t a big deal and the room and hotel made up for this in our opinion. The staff were friendly (special shout out to Wahyu who was friendly and super helpful) Breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from, though it wasn’t super hot. Excellent location, right in the heart of Old Town. Everything on our doorstep Would love to come back

I would highly recommend this hotel, the rooms were stunning, I highly recommend the jnr suites as they are worth the extra money. I'd like to say a big thank you to Martha the day manager as when we had a small issue with the hot water she moved us to another beautiful room and as it was my wife's birthday they gave us a complementary dinner in the lovely restaurant. 100% would go back to this hotel, excellent location, excellent staff, excellent food 👌

Had an amazing time at the hotel. We arrived before check in time and as our room wasn't quite ready we were given a complimentary glass of prosecco while we waited, totally unexpected but very appreciated and a lovely touch. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to help. Our room (516) was stunning and the decor was gorgeous. Room was toasty warm and the shower was warm and powerful, everything you want. A wee bit of noise from the street but it didn't disturb us, had great sleeps! Breakfast was excellent, the porridge was delicious, just how I like it. Fantastic range of food and replenished very quickly. We ate just after 8am and it was fine although was getting much busier towards 9am. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it's stunning, lovely staff and right in the heart of the action. Particularly liked the live music on Saturday night, was lovely to sit with a glass of fizz in the warm and listen to the lovely music. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Good location. However, we stayed in room 101 and firstly the thermostat was set and we couldn't move it. It was so hot in the night. The noise from the kitchen is unbearable, the breakfast prep starts around 4/5 and woke us up every day. On the first morning we both had to have freezing cold showers as there was no hot water!! After telling staff someone showed up about 45 mins after reporting it. Only to be told to run the tap for atleast 25 mins. Even then it wasn't that hot. The hairdryer kept cutting out as it was overheating. The TV had only one working channel. The attitude of some of the staff is really poor. Also please be aware at the end of your stay the add on 200 czk a day tip on to the bill!!!
