The Julius Prague

Exceptional hotel, this is our 4th visit to Prague and this is by far the best property. What makes it exceptional is the standard of rooms, upkeep of the rooms and facilities with a great gym and Business centre/quiet library space and very central location. Staff and managements response to any questions relating to the property, directions and recommendations were exceptional. Well done’ The Julius’ you gone above and beyond what most hotels strive to achieve. A definite referral to friends and colleagues planning on visiting Prague.

The hotel is new, modern, clean and well-located in central Prague. It is in a quiet square, but easy walking distance to the tourist heart of Prague. Besides all of the normal amenities, it has a laundry room and one can select a room with a kitchen, so it can be a nice home away from home on an extended European trip. A good value if you are looking for certain amenities. Staff was nice.

When the hotel I originally booked turned out to be unacceptable, I found The Julius online and thankfully, they were able to accommodate me. Boy, did I luck out; I didn't get just a room, but an immaculate one bedroom suite with a Scandinavian vibe to it; fully stocked kitchenette, living area, walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. Centrally located with a very short walk to the old town square with the Astrological Clock and all the shops, restaurants and sights. On site laundry, gym, bar and restaurant (though I can't speak to it, as I didn't eat at the hotel during my stay). VERY attentive, kind staff. Was it on the expensive side? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I had a great video of my suite, but Trip Advisor only takes photos. :(

The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Located between the train station and the old town, exploring the city was easy. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

This was my second stay at The Julius Prague in the past three years, and I’m happy to say it once again exceeded my expectations. The location is hard to beat. Situated in the heart of Prague, the hotel is within comfortable walking distance of virtually all the city’s major attractions, including the historic Old Town, Wenceslas Square, and the Vltava River. In addition, it is surrounded by excellent restaurants, all within a 5 minute walk. Since my previous visit, the lobby has been beautifully renovated and expanded, creating an even more inviting space. The hotel also features a stylish bar and an excellent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it convenient whether you’re starting your day or returning after sightseeing. The rooms have the typical European size. However, more so on the spacious than the smaller version. They are impeccably clean, and tastefully designed with a modern yet warm feel. The beds, pillows, and linens are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after exploring the city. What truly sets The Julius apart is its service. Every member of the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—is friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. After two outstanding experiences, I can confidently say The Julius Prague remains one of my favorite hotels in the city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring beautiful Prague.
