a few hours after checkout - I realised that I forgot a quite expensive t shirt in the wardrobe. So I contacted support (some one called Lisandra) - they were checking details just to tell me that “the housekeepers are no longer available and will be back tomorrow” (and it is around 4pm!!) I explained that I am travelling back to London on that day - so she said they will arrange shipping. I think it’s ridiculous that there is no one in hotel at 4 pm in a day time! Even on sunday- you need to be able to help your guests! However the next day she informs that there is no t-shirt there… I am 100% I left it there. Overall, hotel room was dusty . The plumbing system needs clean up as it was stinking. 1-star for support team and cleanness.

A fairly comfortable hotel, nothing particularly impressive. + Convenient location + Very quiet (windows overlooked the courtyard) + Kettle and coffee maker The only major drawbacks were: - There was no door in the shower so you should take a shower very carefully to avoid flooding the surrounding area - Soft bed (subjectively) - One bedside lamp didn't work Overall there were no constant annoyances so it's a good choice.

My room was cancelled without warning and with no explanation on the morning of the day I was due to arrive. I was actually boarding my flight when a very blasé email arrived. I now await a refund - these people took my payment in full and presumably, looking at other reviews, are now making a habit of using payments as capital.

The apartment is just on the outskirts of the centre but within walkable distance (15 minutes walk). There is an Italian restaurant directly below the apartment and Artic bakery just up the road. The apartment was stylish spacious and very clean. Although, no physical reception, the communication from Numa was superb. The process of checking in and out was seamless.

Firstly, the hotel doesn’t exist nowadays, you can check Google comments. To me, it’s definitely cheating. Secondly, when I finally found it, I just noticed that there’s no reception; instead, it said that you’ll have the passcode after you complete the online check-in. However, I hadn’t received any check-in mails beforehand, therefore, what I could do was standing at the door, WhatsApped the customer service, and kept waiting. 26 minutes later, I finally got someone to help while she said that why I hadn’t received the check-in form was because I booked the room via a third party portal - Hotel.com. But wait - in that case, why it sold its rooms via these external portals? Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart on the second day in the morning. After I raised this issue, the agent said that it will be fixed; however, it was still there when I came back in the evening, which led to the result that I got to raise the issue to the agent again while the agent didn’t explain what exactly happened to the delay. Lastly, no one will clean up the room during your stay unless you pay extra fees, you even got to take clean towels back to your room by yourself. Anyway, if you’re looking for horrible accommodation experience, this is the best choice.
