Exclusive experience with art & history
This is a truly perfect location. If you want to encounter traditional culture, this is a great combination. It combines the world's most renowned artists with the most beautiful scenery of the Vltava River. There is extremely excellent service and staff. Especially excellent job of Dorine, whose assistance has given us a perfect enjoy in this stay and I will definitely recommend friends to visit and stay.

Disappointing Performance for a Quality Hotel
The hotel is beautiful and centrally located to all attractions and city activity. The issue we had was in the quality of the rooms we had. Our first room had no air conditioning. We informed the front desk after the first night and they said they would send maintenance to look at it. The second night was even warmer and still no air conditioning. After bringing to the attention of management again, they switched our room. On the third night in the new room, there was no hot water in the shower. For what we paid and the experience we expected from an Accor hotel of this caliber, it was a true disappointment.
