Beyond expectations, stunning !
Stunning hotel, prime location and top service. Our favourite hotel on our six week tour of Europe . The hotel absolutely beautiful overlooking the Castle and the Charles bridge , huge suite immaculately kept and presented. Wonderful team in all aspects, super friendly and helpful, restaurant team polite and interesting to talk to. Prague a favourite city we will be back to both this city and this hotel for sure. My friend and I were in the lounge for drinks on the evening on 7th October. Immerculate was attentive of our needs and served us with kindness and excellence.

Beautiful Property!
Check in was seamless. The man at the front desk held our bags until our room was ready and made us a reservation at a nearby restaurant overlooking the river. The room was gorgeous and looked just like the photos. The location is perfect. The breakfast was not good, I would skip that since there are so many great restaurants for breakfast in Prague.

Great staff and location Very good hotel
What a wonderful location and such excellent service especially the concierge Allan who was amazing.. He mapped out accurate directions to all the places we needed to go and gave us his number in case we got lost. The breakfast was the best we had in Europe in terms of presentation, selection and service.. Bar was also very nice with great staff who were attentive.

Excellent Hotel and Staff
Location is very convenient and near to all major attractions and public transport. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good value for money.
