Perfect location and great view from our room.

We were in town for 3 days of sightseeing and the hotel was in the perfect location for seeing the sights. Everything was an easy walk or you can take the 22 tram up and back from the Castle. Super easy! Well appointed room with a big bathroom and a view of the river and the Prague Castle. (We had the King with a river view. Reserve this). Would stay here again.

Historic Hotel in a Great Location

The Mozart Prague is a classic hotel in a wonderful location. We stayed there for a week. The staff was excellent: front desk, breakfast staff, room cleaners, and friendly Roman who helps with your bags. The view from our castle-view room #406 of Charles Bridge, the Castle and the river was spectacular. It's a 3-minute walk to the bridge. Just across the road is a stop for the trams, which seniors can ride for free, and which we took everywhere. The Maps app on your phone, when you click on the public transit symbol, tells you which number tram to take and in how many minutes the next tram will arrive. Breakfast was great, both the buffet, and that you can order an omelet or other dishes at no extra charge. We had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant which was very good, as was our waitress Kaia. The modern bathroom had a great walk-in shower and quick, plentiful hot water. King bed was comfortable. One day the elevator did not work for a short time, just when we had to walk upstairs. The hotel sent a bottle of wine to our room, and the elevator was fixed quickly.

It’s a shame it can’t be awarded 6-stars

A wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, always happy to provide assistance and help. The room was impressive with wonderful amenities and very presentable. The breakfast was very nice with a wide buffet choice, although we chose the ala cart menu. Could not have asked for more and highly recommended.
