The manager, Mr. Allan Jones was a fantastic person. He gave us his best attention, selecting all the wonderful places to be in Prague, the best itinerary in town, suggesting a good guide, selecting the best restaurants in town, etc. A remarkable stay in the Mozart under the direction of Mr. Allan Jones.

I am currently a guest of the hotel. When we arrived last evening after a long day of travel, there was an “event” attended by 300 people that literally consumed the whole hotel. That includes the courtyard, the lobby, the bar/cafe. There was no space for actual guests of the hotel - except in your room. We did however have the benefit of 300 people socializing and their live music. At no time was I informed that there would be an event of this magnitude as I would have made reservations somewhere else. This morning at breakfast (even though I had prepaid) they had no record of our staying here. I will attach a picture of what the courtyard currently looks like - this is 1:00 PM the next day - considerably different than their website picture. The hotel seems to be having a bit of a problem recovering from last night. We have two more days here - hope it improves! I will post a follow up if so.

I recently stayed at The Mozart Prague with a reservation for 3 nights, but chose to end my stay one night early due to dissatisfaction with the hotel’s structure and services. This was a very special trip – my honeymoon – and I specifically chose your hotel for its 5-star rating and affiliation with the Accor network, which naturally set high expectations. Unfortunately, several issues fell far short of what is expected from a hotel in this category. Positive points: I would like to highlight that the staff were polite and willing to help throughout the stay. Congratulations for all team!!! However, the following negative aspects significantly compromised my experience: The reception area was too small to adequately handle the number of guests; On two occasions, I went to the front desk and there was no one available. I had to wait until someone showed up; The room did not have a telephone, making it impossible to contact the front desk or request room service. I reported this to the team, who acknowledged the issue and said someone would fix it, but that never happened; I had to go downstairs late at night to make requests, including a wake-up call, which was also not fulfilled; The room lacked a proper double duvet. My wife and I had to use two single duvets, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level and especially disappointing on our honeymoon; The shower was weak and poorly positioned, causing water to flood the entire bathroom; The towel warmer was broken and not functioning. These may seem like minor details, but they make all the difference in a high-standard hotel stay. As an Accor All meber,I wish to formally express my frustration and, more than that, request a fair financial compensation, as I felt truly disappointed and underserved on what should have been a memorable and joyful occasion. I look forward to your response with an appropriate solution.

The Mozart Hotel may be the best location in Prague, right next to the Charles Bridge. Our suite had a view of thexbridge and palace. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The bed was firm. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

The hotel is exceptionally well located next to the old town. Our room was very spacious with a view of the river and the castle. The bedding was perfect, the staff very pleasant and efficient and the breakfast varied and plentiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
