We booked the Mozart hotel for a special weekend away and it appeared to tick many boxes online. Our room was charming with old world charm but had no air conditioning and as the room was internal it had no windows it became quite stuffy at times. The TV didn’t work and had to be replaced which was dine within a day. One window faced the internal courtyard but only had one curtain so we were partially exposed. The bathroom was of a very poor standard, weak shower and a small screen that flooded the floor every time, tiles and grouting mouldy and filthy washbasin sink broken. It transpired that the spa listed was a 2 person sauna which had to be booked in advance so not really a spa at all. This hotel is in no way a 5 star and although well located needs work. I think it is being refurbished soon which honest can’t come soon enough. The staff were all very helpful if not a tad frazzled at times.

Well what can I say, the Mozart Prague topped the five stars in all areas of hotel hospitality and stay, our conference this week was down to precise planning with the event team of which Kiril should get a special mention, he went above and beyond to ensure all went to plan, his regular check ins with me as the conference host was impeccable, the morning breakfast staff and lunch crew were exceptional and the front desk were a treat to have great conversations with. The whole team at Mozart were excellent and respectful to all the conference guests, the rooms were cleaned on time and also the views over the river day and night were exceptional. I certainly intend to visit Prague again and no other options on my mind but to stay at the Mozart..

An absolutely fabulous location and a beautiful old hotel. It’s almost a shame that it’s being renovated in the New Year because it has an old world charm.

I would thoroughly recommend The Mozart Prague. The location is unrivalled facing the river, close to Charles Bridge and all all the highlights. The rooms were flawless and was teh hotel itself and the staff.
