We are beyond thankful to have found this beautiful location and the beyond exceptional team working here. Mid august 2026 we decided to elope and Lisa and her team went above and beyond to get our special day together within less than a week. They took care of everything from flowers, to the cake, our fantastic dinner, and anything we possibly needed. (They also walked us through the license process and made sure that was completed and stress free- which was a huge help with us being from out of state). Our ceremony officiant, Terry, was patient and guided us through creating our own personalized ceremony. Our photographer Rosen Bagley was fantastic, professional, and so easy to work with. Our waitress was phenomenal, the front desk and grounds keepers, the spa employees, even the other guests were so kind! The building and its grounds, the gardens, then architecture, is just beautiful. We stayed in the main room(s) which offered original fireplaces and bathroom, which we loved! Lisa had also mentioned that there are rooms which have been renovated (if that’s more your style), but staying in the traditional room was just so special. We could not recommend this location or its staff enough. I was on the fence about eloping, worried about an elopement truly offering simplicity of our special day to celebrate us, while still offering all the tiny moments, and Lisa and her staff honestly did all that and more. She even stopped to say goodbye and wish us best at check out. If you are lucky enough to find this location and have questions, just reach out to Lisa, she makes it all so simple and was just beyond wonderful to work with. Thank you so much to this wonderful group of people for really making such a beautiful day happen!!

We are so grateful to Lisa and her team for making our wedding rehearsal dinner at Castle Hill perfect. We had always hoped to host the dinner there, but the space had previously been booked for another wedding weekend. When it unexpectedly opened up, Lisa called me immediately and quickly became our right hand in planning from start to finish. The entire experience was seamless -- and genuinely fun. We couldn’t be happier that we chose Castle Hill. The property is elegant, classic, and incredibly special, and we would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking to host a beautiful event. Thank you for everything, Lisa! We will absolutely be back.

Fabulous room and restaurant. Took the oldest and largest room. Like 100 years ago and in the best way. They have rooms with more modern amenities but that wasn't what we looking for.

I was looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to celebrate my birthday and I found it! Castle hill was a 2hr ride from us and offered a ton of things I personally wanted to do. The hot tub and heated pool were great, sadly closed by the time we finished dinner in the restaurant. The food was a 9/10 hands down! We were both impressed with everything, everyone was kind and accommodating. The staff were amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxed but sophisticated and charming. We slept well but I think there are some up dates needed, like the mattresses. The hot tub and pool are closed by 745 which we think is a little early. However we would definitely stay here again.

There’s truly no way to describe our experience other than an absolute dream. We feel unbelievably lucky to have found this hidden gem of a venue. Part of me wants to keep it a secret forever, but it’s far too special not to share! In late August 2025, we hosted our fairytale wedding weekend here with Lisa and her incredible team. The Castle itself is full of beautifully maintained natural charm, with stunning views and endless photo opportunities around every corner. We were searching for a place that captured the warmth and romance of a villa for our Italian heritage-filled celebration, and Lisa (along with Kelly) brought that vision to life so effortlessly. By the end of the weekend, Lisa truly felt like part of our family. The entire team is warm, supportive, and incredibly on top of everything. They really do CARE. And we were not an easy group. We had kids, dogs (which I do not recommend!), unique traditions, food allergies, and very high expectations when it came to the food. Not only did they handle every detail with ease, but the food far exceeded those expectations. Our guest list was full of self-proclaimed Tri-State food critics, and the filet was an absolute standout! Every dish was thoughtful, delicious, and perfectly executed, and every dietary need was accommodated seamlessly without ever compromising quality or flavor. Thank you, Chef Harris!! The tent was an incredible perk and gave us a beautiful blank slate to bring our vision to life. That said, for a smaller wedding, it can feel a bit large, and the dance floor is on the smaller side so that's something to keep in mind depending on your guest count and priorities. Like any venue, there are guidelines in place to protect the space and ensure everything runs smoothly. They are especially firm on the dinner timeline, which ultimately keeps the entire weekend flowing seamlessly, but it’s helpful to be aware of that upfront when planning. The entire weekend felt warm, seamless, and completely one-of-a-kind. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience.
