Lovely hotel
We loved the hotel, very clean, excellent location, spacious rooms, nice beds, very quiet. Friendly staff at the lobby, especially Rocky, so very nice and efficient!

pricey
i've stayed at HP a number of times and have loved the location, the overall amenities including bkfst, and the cleanliness of the rooms. since the change in ownership/organization, though, the rates seem much higher and the cancellation fee for my reservation for two nights was 800 USD which seems unusually steep. as a returning guest, i was surprised at the price hikes and don't think i will be going back when i come back to providence. as noted there are a lot of homeless folks in the area, which doesn't add to the luxe ambience the hotel is hoping to cultivate.

Great Experience
We had a great experience at Hotel Providence. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and Apryl was wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Providence.

Awful Customer Service!
We had reservations to stay at the Hotel Providence to attend a wedding. Due to circumstances beyond our control we could not attend the event. The hotel would not let us cancel our reservation or issue us a credit. We've never experienced shabbier consideration than received from the Hotel Providence!

Memorable one night stay!
We had an amazing stay during our first time visit to providence. The property, staff and location was wonderful. Our visit was very memorable special thanks to Sebastian from booking our reservation with a wonderful room, providing an excellent restaurant recommendations! Thank you!
