Best hotel I’ve stayed at, hands down.
We have gone to Grace Bay Club two years in a row and are very hopeful that next year will be our third. From the moment you step onto the premises to the second you check out, you are treated with care and attention…and like family. The rooms and grounds are gorgeous and the food is delicious (Infiniti!), of course, but it is the people who work at Grace Bay Club that make the experience special. They are warm and friendly, funny and engaging. They get to know you and your daily routines and make your stay special every step of the way. We loved the beach attendants, Jerry and Huguaye, who made sure that we had a shady cabana every day (perfect for me and my fair skin). We were welcomed every day at Breakfast by Jalissa, whose smile lights up the place. She always sat us at a table with a beautiful view. The servers at breakfast - Junie (who makes amazing hot sauces from scratch!), Christopher, Antoinia, and Stanley - all work so hard to make sure guests have what they need. Freddy, Gregory and Lewis man the pool bar with a smile and wonderful music every day. They make a mean pina colada! And the concierges, Tiffany, Narvy, and Ramsey (and our concierge from 2024, Bruce), ensure you have fun plans every day and night. We got hugs from several of the staff when we left - they’re awesome. We can’t wait to come back.

Incredible hotel and service
We had an amazing first trip with our 4 month old. The hotel was beautiful and service was incredible! We stayed in an 1 bedroom suite and it was larger than our apartment back home with all the amenities you would need, especially with a baby. Antonio and Bruce made sure we had everything we needed - and even surprised us with balloons and a nice bottle of wine for my husband and my birthday!

Grace Bay Cub - Absolutely Amazing!
My fiancee and I went to celebrate our engagement. I have stayed at a lot of incredible places over the years. By far this was the best experience we have ever had. The service was amazing! We cannot wait to go back
