Celebrities enjoy the seclusion that the Turks and Caicos Islands offer, but that is just one of the many attributes this Caribbean haven brings to the table. While the island of Providenciales may be alluring, it is Villa Renaissance that dazzles even the most seasoned of travelers. Overlooking Grace Bay with a beachfront, this stunning property features three-dozen oceanfront and pooside suites.. The multi-room abodes feature bedrooms with Juliet-style balconies, full modern kitchens and sliding doors that disappear to make the most of the breathtaking views. The resort features a refreshing pool and poolside bar, with grocery delivery, private boat charters and personal fitness trainers available upon request.

Avoid Unit 501 at Villa Renaissance at all costs. Our stay in Unit 501 was completely unacceptable. The only toilet in the unit did not work for the majority of our stay, and to make matters worse, the bathroom sink also did not work. This left us without basic, functioning plumbing — something no guest should ever have to deal with, especially in a paid vacation rental. Despite clearly explaining the situation, the owner was rude, nasty, and dismissive, showing absolutely no concern for the inconvenience or discomfort caused. Even more unbelievable, the owner refused to offer even a partial refund, despite the unit being effectively unusable from a basic hygiene standpoint. Paying to stay in a unit where you cannot properly use the bathroom is unacceptable. Paying to stay in one where the owner treats guests poorly and refuses to take responsibility is even worse. This experience completely ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. I would strongly warn anyone considering Villa Renaissance — especially Unit 501 — to look elsewhere unless you’re willing to risk plumbing failures and hostile treatment with zero accountability.

We absolutely loved Villa Renaissance and our trip to Grace Bay beach. The weather and warm water in December was amazing. The beach access directly behind the property with private chairs and umbrellas was perfect. They had water floats for the ocean and the whole experience was perfect. The pool and hot tub was also very nice and warm. The resort is centrally located and they have complimentary bikes, so it’s easy to walk or bike to many restaurants or the grocery store. No car needed. The gym is small, but very functional and they have tennis / pickle ball courts with lights. We stayed in 307, overlooking the ocean 2BR. It was perfect, very clean and amazing water pressure in the showers. There is only a pool bar service and no onsite restaurant, but so many great choices nearby. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

We stayed in unit #208, which had a great view directly to the ocean and up the beach. Our unit was a 3BR and was extremely comfortable and spacious. The Villa Renaissance is situated beautifully on a quiet section of the beach, away from some of the larger hotels where the beach can get a little more crowded. We never saw more than a handful of people on our part of the beach. The pool is huge and has a large area in which to sit in loungers under umbrellas. It has a very private feel to it and is superb for kids. The Villa is also within walking distance of markets, coffee shops, ice cream, maybe 10 restaurants, all of which is good if you are tired and want to just grab a meal locally, or ever order pick up. We did that a few times. We had a rental car and explored the Island a good amount, but you certainly don't need a car. Most tour operators will pick you up. We have stayed on the Island before but this was our first time at the Villa Renaissance. I would say that the quality here was very high and a good value versus other places we have stayed for more money. I would recommend Villa Renaissance to anyone and the owner, Michael, of unit #208 was very helpful and available so I can recommend him highly as well.

We had a fabulous time at our 3 BR/3Bath corner ocean front condo! The grounds are beautiful and service was superb. We loved being so close to lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this resort for 3 couples as we all had our privacy but great space to gather.

This was our 5th time to Turks and Villa Renaissance is the best place we have stayed. Unit 203 was immaculately clean. Staff is friendly, great bartender. Loved siting out on our deck overlooking Grace bay beach and beginning our day with that view every day. The only thing I would recommend is having a larger coffee pot. There were 4 of us and we had to keep making more coffee. We are already planning our next visit to Villa #203
