Alexandra Resort

We had the deluxe ocean front view room. Very clean and spacious room, cleaning staff was very good and very tentative to any of our needs. All the restaurants were very good and the buffet breakfast was extremely good with an incredible selection of local foods. All the staff we dealt with very friendly and cared about the service we received. Highly recommend this resort.

Our stay at the Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos was truly a beautiful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly accommodating and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were traveling as a group of 40+ guests celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday, and the team handled everything seamlessly. Their level of organization, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. We also felt an overwhelming sense of love and connection from staff members who were from our home country—it was such a pleasure and truly made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Sylvia, whose jerk chicken was absolutely on point every time! Cadet and Arnold provided excellent service throughout our stay, always attentive and welcoming. Bartender Kesha kept the drinks flowing perfectly and added such a fun vibe to our days. I also had the pleasure of enjoying an island rhythm massage, which was exactly what I needed to kick off my vacation—so relaxing and rejuvenating. The hotel itself was very clean, and we loved that the fridge was fully stocked each day. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the balcony overlooking the pool and garden was perfect for early, quiet mornings. We even kept our door open at times without worrying about bugs, which was definitely a plus. The resort is situated right on the beach and isn’t oversized, so the short walks to grab food, drinks at the bar, or get to the beach and pool were very convenient and enjoyable. The beach was absolutely beautiful—plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available, and the sand was incredibly soft with no rocks, making it perfect for walking comfortably. The resort is very family-oriented, making it a perfect place to visit with kids. I would absolutely love to bring my son with me if we have the opportunity to return to Turks again. It’s also conveniently located about a short 20-minute drive to and from the airport, and close to local spots like Mr. Grouper’s and the Fish Fry, which made exploring easy. The only small downside was that there wasn’t much entertainment or music at the pool, which would have made the experience even more fun and lively. To all the staff members whose names I didn’t catch—you are truly an exceptional team. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at the Alexandra Resort and had very mixed feelings about the experience. The biggest highlight is without a doubt the beach—it’s honestly one of the most stunning beaches I’ve ever seen. Truly breathtaking and the main reason this place is worth considering. I also loved that you can use the sister property, which was a great addition and overall a much better experience. Unfortunately, the rest didn’t live up to that level. The food was below average across the board and definitely not what you would expect for the price. What stood out the most—in a bad way—was the staff. The service was extremely disappointing, and at times it genuinely felt like a competition of who could be the rudest. It made the overall experience frustrating and far less enjoyable than it should have been. The resort is also very overpriced, but I understand that part of that is simply the cost of being in Turks and Caicos. Overall, the beach is absolutely incredible, but the service and food need serious improvement.

This is our third visit to Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos! It keeps getting better and better each time! I can’t say enough about ALL of the staff! You are ALL truly amazing people who go above and beyond to make vacationing there a true paradise! Everything was absolutely wonderful and we cannot wait to return to this beautiful resort!
