Dericka was extremely helpful and so pleasant. My friend and I were worried at first about doing an excursion and she made sure she let us know of how safe we would be! After we went on our excursion of snorkeling we booked a second one with her because she was able to let us know about the safety and the fun we would have. She is truly a pleasure and kind human!!

First, I would like to emphasize that all of the employees were truly wonderful—kind, attentive, and very professional. Their service was one of the highlights of our stay. However, considering the price I paid for this resort—which was quite significant —I must share that the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I was expecting a higher level of luxury, more attention to detail, and better organization. Upon arrival, there were several issues with our room. We only had three towels for four guests and needed to request additional ones. The sofa bed was not prepared, and when I attempted to set it up myself, it was not possible, so I had to ask for assistance. I also needed to request extra pillows and blankets. Additionally, the outdoor seating area lacked fans, even though there were fixtures for them, and the mosquitoes made it very uncomfortable. Inside the room, although there was a kitchen setup, basic items such as a sponge and dish soap were not provided—we had to request them. The second bathroom did not have towels or soap either- i needed to use the one I bought. On a luxury resort u dont expect using your time requesting BASIC THINGS. The laundry facilities were available, but no detergent was provided, requiring us to purchase it separately- not even one set of laundry pods. I was also disappointed with the reservation process for the restaurants. Before traveling from the U.S., I called to ask whether I should make reservations in advance and was told it was not necessary. However, upon arrival, I was informed that reservations were limited and often fully booked. This was frustrating, especially when I observed available seating at times. A similar situation occurred when trying to reserve at Blue Haven. Regarding the dining experience, the quality of the food was average and did not match the level I expected. I anticipated a more refined and varied culinary experience. The only restaurant that stood out was Fire and Ice. Additionally, the “all-inclusive” concept was unclear, as several items required additional payment, which was disappointing. I was willing to pay if the offering was outstanding, howewas not. Overall, while the staff was excellent, the experience did not reflect the value of what I paid. In the future, I may consider other options that better align with the level of quality and service I am looking for. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.

Cheeky, Tash, Rhazzor, Barbie, Bruno, Ace, Keesha, Alex, and many other members of the staff made my stay very enjoyable. The staff made my trip a-lot more fun and were very great to meet and talk with. Me and my family were able to build special connections with the staff and feel like we have a second home in the Alexandra. Great experience that was very enjoyable, I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again in the future.

Wonderful staff! Beautiful beach. Great food and drinks. Beautiful environment and relaxing vibes. Room was perfect for the price.
