Alexandra Resort is named after the coastal paradise it's part of – the 6,500-acre Princess Alexandra National Marine Park. This protected area is a sanctuary for the creatures living in the north barrier reef of Providenciales, and it keeps Grace Bay’s 12 miles of quiet, sugar-sand beaches pristine. Relax seaside under yellow umbrellas, with a drink in hand by a lagoon-style pool, or on a private terrace outfitted in teakwood furniture.

Buyer Beware- My family had reservations booked with the Alexandra 9 months ahead of time and got a call 2 weeks before we leave that we no longer have a room available because of maintenance issues. The vacation was paid in full and we were told we could stay at their sister property The Blue Haven which is 15 minutes away and located on a man made beach. I’m sure it is a nice hotel, but we really wanted to stay at the Alexandra because it is on Grace Bay Beach. They are in the process of refunding our money, but now we are looking for another hotel and at this point, a lot of hotels are already booked, the standard rooms are taken, so we will have to spring for an upgrade to fit my family of 5. I feel like the hotel possibly bumped us to their sister hotel because they overbooked, but still unclear of the real reason. They did offer a 15% discount for the next time we come, but if they can’t honor the first reservation, why would we come back and stay at this hotel. This is our first trip as a family out of the country and we are looking forward to it, but it will not be at the Alexandra. Please be careful booking with this hotel, we had completely paid in full and got bumped 2 weeks before.

Had a fun all-inclusive vacation with family on Turks & Caicos. Expensive but glad we got the opportunity to do it. Loved our accommodations, that the property is small and flat and easily able to walk everywhere. There was always plenty to eat and drink, and never went hungry. They stocked our refrigerator daily with water and soda, beer, and we could bring food back to our rooms.

Location was perfect. Service was perfect. Cheeky and the gang was very delightful Josue was great service attendant at the beach buffet breakfast staff above and beyond nice and friendly people. Bar staff was friendly and polite everyone on ground was very helpful . Will definitely come back and highly recommended to others. Our room location was perfect we hope to get that same room back again when we come back. Our daughter had an excellent time with the singers Tash and the other girl ..Dj was on point . Love all the activities on the ground. Being here makes you forget all about work it’s very relaxing. And it all bc of the hard workers and this resort policy… at lastly the food was amazing. Everything was very tasteful and flavorful
