Blue Haven Resort

Absolutely beautiful. I went end of August and I believe it was their low season but I adored the privacy feel of it. The food and service was phenomenal !!!! The infinity pool was my favorite. My 3 year old loved it.

My experience at Bkue Haven was amazing. From the moment you stepped on the property until you left, they made you always feel welcome and remembered who we were. I would like to thank Angi, Izadora, Pedro, Rodney for the amazing customer service provided day in and day out.

My partner and I stayed at the Blue Haven for 6 nights and 7 days this was my second visit. When we first arrived, there was miscommunication regarding our room. Angie, the assistant manager was very helpful with accommodating us with an upgrade. It was nice to see some familiar and new faces. I will say the service in Fire & Ice was extremely slow. I understand that it's the end of the season but the hotel was fully commented majority of our stay. Gillian, F&B manager was a rockstar! She deserves a raise. Her hospitality is 5 stars, we would come back just for her. Sly took care of us at the bar most nights, he had great energy as well! We enjoyed the fresh juice and smoothies in Cafe Agave. Great addition to the resort. The food at Salt was excellent as well.

First and foremost, we stayed at Blue Haven 2 years ago and quickly noticed the service, food options and general quality have gone downhill since then. Restaurant menus have shrunk considerably and menu items that were included previously as inclusive now have surcharges. In general, restaurants at both Blue Haven and Alexandria are adequate but definitely not 4 star. Security on site is noticeably more present yet our room did not have a working deadbolt?!?!? The marina next door constantly has kids (presumably guides) racing jet skis in and out just feet away from the swimming area. Can you say accident waiting to happen? The shuttle to sister resort only runs once an hour each way so don't miss it. Service was hit or miss but Yessica and Janet deserve a shout out. Both very attentive and personable. Overall the resort lacks any energy, food is mediocre and service nothing to write home about. It is really difficult to justify going back

Perfect for families, kids, and people who like calm surroundings. It is much calmer and less crowded than it’s sister resort at the Alexandra. It’s nice to have access to both, but honestly, I would stay here at Blue Haven over and over again. The beach is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the amenities are perfect. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
