Blue Haven Resort

This resort was perfect for me. I like to travel alone and knew Turks and Caicos would be a safe place but the staff at blue haven made me feel like family. Gillian my bartender was always looking out for me. Whether to make me a beautiful drink or a hangover remedy, she was the best bartender I’ve had. And she was fun!! We laughed the entire time I was there, and I was at her pool bar A LOT! Pedro was also fantastic, checking in all the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Everyone was so friendly and polite, it made it really hard to leave. The food was also fantastic!!! The wait staff always had a recommendation and they never let me down. This was the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever taken and will be back as soon as possible.

We enjoyed our one week stay at blue haven and also shuttled to alexandria a couple times for dinners and the beach. We preferred blue haven over alexandria. The why; although the beach at alexandria was beautiful real beach and sand there was no shade or plan trees for little wind relief on those hot hot days as well as the amount of people to get service on that beach was meh. Food at both places were good but inconsistent; but you do get what you pay for. In my resort experiences i would say this is a budget friendly one. Back to blue haven, the service was good but would say they lack employees based on amount of guests. Again with service on beach or in restaurants. If owners realize this isn't where you should cut your costs maybe would be better. Bugs; bring or buy bug spray they are in the sand in the pillow top seats on the place mats; i have welts all over my arms and legs. Rooms very clean; common areas and bathrooms very clean. So the takeaway is if you like to party drink all day and then have food and entertainment around the clock; this isn't your resort; if your looking for high quality meals this also isn't your resort; if your looking to wear all your fancy clothes to dine in an exclusive restaurant on the property also not your resort. If you want small intimate beach, pool bar close by sun sand and tan, this is your resort. We enjoyed our stay and didn't expect above or below. Also if you go Ace and Smiley are the entertainment duo of the year. They are all wonderful people Thank you for making our birthday spectacular!

We had an amazing time at Blue Haven Resort. The standout was the exceptional service friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making our vacation perfect. We loved the location right next to the marina, and the entertainment staff kept the poolside lively every day. If you’re looking for a smaller, more relaxed vibe, this is the place. The shuttle runs all day to their sister resort, Alexandra, where you can enjoy great food and a beautiful beach that stretches for miles perfect for changing up your day and exploring somewhere new.

My family and I had an exceptional experience at the Blue Haven Resort! The food, staff, service ,accommodations, all met my Family’s desires! The Boutique style resort really pleased me. The small intimate setting without an over abundance of Guest allowed for a relaxing experience . It’s situated in an ideally Caribbean style waterfront setting within a gated community. There’s a marina nearby and the views and settings are beautiful !

Our family of 16 had an awesome time at Blue Haven. Upon our arrival we were greeted with the delicious rum punches at check-in! The rooms were beautiful, food was great, incredible turquoise water, daily pool festivities and pool bar which was well used by our family, awesome fishing and snorkeling excursions and couch sitting around the fire pits on the pier in the evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and a special thanks to Smiley, Coco, Tange, Tshane, Sly, Gillian and Yessica for making our stay so much fun! A perfect vacation spot for our family and we would definately come back again!!!
