Grace Bay Club

To sum it up - a gorgeous beach resort isn’t hard to come by, but Grace Bay Club stands out for its delicious food and friendly and prompt service at every turn. That’s the kind of hospitality that says real luxury to me. We were genuinely impressed by all of the on-site dining options. The food quality was top notch and our orders were taken promptly and arrived quickly. Not in a rushed way, just attentive and efficient service. Especially with young kids, this made a big difference in our enjoyment. (Nothing ruins a meal faster than hungry impatient kids). And the staff were friendly and helpful without exception. Special recognition to our room concierges Bruce and Patrick, Kevin at water sports (so many fun options!), and Jerry at the beach towel station for helping us daily. The ladies at Kids Town were also lovely, both my 8yo and skeptical 10yo genuinely enjoyed the activities when they went. Sometimes a kids program feels a bit cursory, but not here. It’s actually the main reason I tried GBC over another place we liked very much - I felt our kids had aged out of the kids program but hoped they’d enjoy this one, and thankfully they did! Really well done Grace Bay Club, we can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Grace Bay Club was exceptional from start to finish. The airport transfer, check-in experience, and generous room upgrade immediately set the tone for a luxury vacation. Our residence was unforgettable (The Hotel at GBC room A304), the resort grounds were stunning, and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The daily included breakfast buffet was outstanding, bar service felt truly high-end, and the beach and pool teams consistently provided excellent service. A special thank you to Bertha in housekeeping, whose kindness made us feel genuinely valued. The only area for improvement would be simplifying the service charge structure (10% added to everything) and offering a few more non-seafood dining options. We would absolutely return.

I wish I could write a more favorable review, because there is so much to like about Grace Bay Club: beautiful beach, extremely kind staff, well-appointed rooms, and decent amenities. However, 5-star prices should yield more than 3-star service. It’s inexcusable to have a call to guest services about a room issue go unanswered for ~ 5 minutes before ultimately being disconnected. It’s equally frustrating to have an inoperable TV during the World Cup in a room that costs more than $1500/night before taxes. This is a small sample of a broader set of issues, and to have these occur during a milestone birthday trip for my wife - unacceptable. There’s a lot I want to like about Grace Bay Club, but too much that I don’t to give the property a better review.

Our first time in Turks. We are so happy we chose Grace Bay Club to stay at. The location was perfect. The service was impeccable. Better than anticipated. Definitely validates their 5 star status! Breakfast included & it was great. Lots of options, and they offer an afternoon tea at 3:30 pm. Our Concierge upon arrival to departure were superior. Special thanks to Fitzroy & Fredna. The beach & pool service was great. Thank you to Amado, Richie & Tyria (might of misspelled his name but helped with luggage and welcome drinks). Rooms were clean and well stocked daily. Loved the low key vibe, very romantic spot. The food onsite was wonderful. Try their Fishhook cocktail, light & refreshing. View from the room was great. We got to experience the Junior Suite in the Estate building & the one bedroom suite in the Hotel. Both amazing. Highly recommend Grace Bay Club if you truly want a five star experience!
