Grace Bay Club

We went to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. This was our second stay at GBC having stayed there before in 2022. We had an amazing stay in 2022. We couldn’t wait to return and spend some time alone while we kept our kids back home. We still had a great stay this time but not as flawless as last time. The resort seemed to have several maintenance issues that weren’t being addressed (pool speakers not working, pool hut fans not working, etc). It seemed more tired and worn than years past. The hotel wasn’t that full since half of it is under renovation yet we never even met or heard from one of our personal concierges. We did get a daily text from the other which was fine but very different from our experience during our last stay where our personal concierge would roam about the resort actively trying to check in on us which we appreciated. This time, Franklin did that always checking on everyone which was nice. Our first day there was miserable to the point we were about to check out at 11 pm and cut our losses and switch hotels given our hotel room had the following issues: terrible view of a roof, AC not working, fan also not working, front door would not close properly and TV not working which frustrated my husband during football season. We had reported some of these concerns to our personal concierge who said he would check with the manager who said there was nothing that could be done. Hours later when we realized the AC and fan weren’t working, we again engaged management and they sent an engineer named Michael. He was a godsend. He came and inspected the room and noted all of the issues truly made the room nonfunctional. Finally it felt like someone was listening. He spoke to his manager Shelove who was able to find a different room for us after 11 pm that night. He helped us move all our luggage to the new room. The new room was wonderful with a working AC, fan, door and TV - what a huge difference that made for us! We were literally about to book a room at the Ritz that night but decided to stay and try to salvage our trip given the hotel did find us a different room which was beautiful. We were glad we did because our experience was completely different after that and we really enjoyed the remaining days. We really felt like Michael the engineer completely saved our trip. We were so grateful to him and the manager Shelove who was able to change our rooms. A couple of other staff members who were fantastic were Yves at the pool and Joel at the breakfast buffet. In general the staff at Infiniti, the pools and front desk were all top notch and so helpful and friendly. We had a rocky start but GBC did change it around for us and we managed to have a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay again and check that everything works upon check in next time. Thank you GBC for helping turn things around. The beach and pools are beautiful. We had a lovely dinner at Infiniti as well.

We had a wonderful time at grace bay club. We went in October. Patrick was an awesome Concierge and got us set up w dinners each night. The breakfasts each morning are amazing. Matus is the tennis and pickleball pro and man is he awesome. We played for hours 2 days in a row. We had a great time working hard, sweating and he taught some advanced techniques and strategies. Overall an amazing place to stay!

Amazing resort. Excellent accommodations. Comfortable beds. Great views from our room. Beach was perfect. Infiniti Restaurant was good but need more selections to choose from for dinner. The Grill was delicious. Servers were great and friendly. Great time was had.

Lovely Location, But Major Maintenance Issues We rented SEACLUSION Oasis for a week in August 2026. There is no denying that the house, grounds, and beach are spectacular. However, for a luxury villa commanding $20,000 a night, the lack of maintenance is unacceptable. The property feels neglected and run-down. During our stay, we had no hot water, highly unreliable WiFi that disrupted work, and a broken kitchen vent that triggered the fire alarms every time we cooked. On top of that, the freezer was broken, the fridge door broke on the first day, electrical outlets kept tripping, and the toilets constantly backed up. It’s a lovely house, but management needs to invest heavily in repairs before continuing to rent it out. SEACLUSION OASIS managed by GRACE BAY CLUB

5-star resort across the board! Extremely attentive staff and beautiful room accommodations and resort amenities. The beach and ocean were absolutely gorgeous. We were assigned two concierges at check in there to assist with any arrangements and recommendations desired who frequently checked in with us. Infiniti restaurant was amazing as was the quality of all the food on property including the daily complementary buffet breakfast and high tea. Best Spa treatments we ever had and very nice fitness facility. Also did a resort recommended half day charter that picked up right on the resort beach and was fantastic. Highly recommended...we will be back!
