The Regent Grand

The Regent Grand was absolutely fabulous! We stayed in 206 with a view of the amazing pool from the master bedroom and a beautiful view of the turquoise ocean from the living room, formal dining room, and the balcony. We had a washer and dryer, a master bath, a half bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, and living room with tv’s in the bedroom and living room. The furniture was really nice. Ashley was so professional and made sure we were taken care of. All of the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and special while celebrating our anniversary. We met many of the owners at the pool, and they were all friendly and nice. We enjoyed it so much, that we extended our stay an extra day. The location is so convenient to many shops and restaurants. The pool had comfortable loungers with umbrellas and never had an issue finding some available. The loungers on the beach were plentiful. The staff made sure we had a nice cover over our beach chair as soon as we showed up and adjusted the loungers, table, and umbrellas to our preference. They brought us drinks and foods on the beach or at the pool. Pina Colada was delicious We could have stayed on the beach all day long with the cool breeze and spectacular view. The ocean was very clean and felt refreshing. If my husband and I ever win the lottery, I would love to own one of their ocean suites!

Great resort, quiet and relaxing - wonderful location, awesome pool, great beach. We had an oceanfront suite with lots of room. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store. Car rental also right across the street. The perfect hub for enjoying and exploring the islands.

Excellent building, grounds, room, beach, pool and tennis court. Kind of a hybrid condo/hotel which was excellent value and had just the level of hotel services we needed and none that we didn’t. comfortable, very spacious, tasteful apartment with very fully equipped kitchen, walking distance to market, restaurants and shops. Stunning old school, grand tropical colonial architecture. Only two downsides: 1. No smart TVs, so just basic ad-filled TV and no premium channels or even PPV. At this Price point, in this day and age, that seems absurd. 2. Lousy, spotty internet. Suspect this is related to mix of individual owned versus management owned units but they ought to figure this out with some secure, common mesh access.

A very beautiful property with very welcoming and friendly staff. A week of pure relaxation with days spent around the pool and on the beach.

My wife and I chose The Regent Grand to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Lorraine greeted us at check-in with such warmth and hospitality, and when our room was ready, she personally escorted us upstairs and provided a tour that made us feel truly cared for. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every team member, from the beach attendants to the bar staff, was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. Their consistency in service made the experience feel effortless and relaxing. Our suite was beautiful. It was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The full kitchen, living room, and dining area gave it the comfort of home with the luxury of a resort. And the view from our patio was absolutely spectacular. Waking up to that turquoise water each morning made our anniversary celebration even more special. If you’re looking for a laid-back yet romantic getaway in Turks and Caicos, I couldn’t recommend The Regent Grand more highly. It was the perfect setting for a milestone celebration, and we can’t wait to return.
