We were so excited on going and having the opportunity to experience Turks and Caicos, and when we arrived we were welcomed by one of the best staffs that we have ever encountered with. We can’t say enough positive things about the entire crew at The Regent Grand. We were treated like family from start to finish they went above and beyond to meet our needs and taking great care of us throughout the week. Not only did they go above and beyond, but were great with giving us ideas and things to do on the island during our stay. Special shout out to Randal, John, and their crew. The location is amazing, and the service is great. However, there are some maintenance issues that need improvement.
The hotel’s location is great, near shopping and restaurants. The beach is beautiful. The service is attentive and polite. However, we had a huge hot water problem, with low pressure, too hot, or too cold water. Construction on the main walkway to the beach access required us to walk through scaffolding.

An excellent place to stay.
We recently spent Memorial Day weekend at the Regent Grand in Turks and Caicos, and I can't say enough good things about it. The hotel was immaculate and beautifully maintained, which made the entire experience feel so relaxing and comfortable. The staff was just fantastic, especially Franklin, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of at both the beach and the pool. The location is ideal, too; there’s a charming little village right next door where you can grab a delicious breakfast or enjoy a meal any time of day. The view of the Caribbean Sea is stunning, and overall it was just the perfect getaway. I highly recommend staying at the Regent Grand if you're heading to Turks and Caicos.
