Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was exceptional, defined by the incredible staff. The restaurant team was attentive and knowledgeable, elevating every meal with their superb recommendations. The pool staff ensured we wanted for nothing, creating a truly relaxing oasis. A special mention to Rooms Operation Manager, Richie Bersabe, and his team. Their attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring our room was flawless and our every need was anticipated. The entire experience was made special by the people. We felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Our 35th anniversary trip to Turks and Caicos, our first visit, was made unforgettable by The Ritz-Carlton. While the resort delivered the expected Ritz-Carlton luxury, it was the exceptional level of service and the genuine warmth of the staff that truly set it apart. Every interaction, from check-in to poolside, was marked by incredible friendliness and attentiveness. We especially want to commend Junior Paul (JP) and Luz at the pool and beach. They not only knew it was our anniversary but actively worked to make it special. Luz's thoughtful, personalized anniversary card with a heartfelt message deeply moved us, and JP ensured our days were perfectly relaxing. Evenings at the Casa Nonna bar were a highlight, thanks to Eusebio and the team, whose fantastic energy made our nightcaps a true pleasure. The dining across all restaurants was also superb. JP, Luz, and Eusebio exemplify outstanding hospitality. Their remarkable attentiveness and personal touches elevated our milestone anniversary into a truly cherished memory that we will carry with us long after our visit.

This resort was modern and we loved it. Direct oceanfront, free Valet, staff super helpful. They will set up your chairs on the beach or at the pool and offer non-stop service to your chairs of whatever food or drinks you’d like. Was a great experience. We would come back

This should be de flagged as a ritz carlton. If i had to guess i think Sheraton/westin would be an appropriate brand. 1. Staff is un-trained. Key example: I go to the restaurant, nobody is at host stand. it looked empty and I thought it must be closed. All staff are in the corner laughing with each other. I walk up to them and ask when it opens and they say it’s open. Rest of service was similar. 2. Front desk staff does the bare minimum to recognize elite status. 3. Pool was hardly served. Truly the management is missing out on revenue - there were so many guests waiting to order and who just gave up because nobody was there to take orders. On the plus side, room was clean and modern. But also very generic corporate. Could have been anywhere. Beach was nice. This was my first time visiting Turks. If I come back I’ll stay somewhere smaller and less soulless and corporate. We had dinner next door at seven stars, and at palms - both were miles ahead of ritz on food quality and service.

I went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Darlyn was our server, Him dedication to serving us was incredible, and he made us feel very comfortable throughout our dinner. The food, service, and attention were 20/10. If you come to the hotel, please ask for Darlyn to serve you. You won't regret it.
