The Shore Club Turks and Caicos

Our stay at The Shore Club in Turks and Caicos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the entire property felt like a true luxury escape—beautiful, serene, and impeccably maintained. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Carlos and Israel at the beach bar, who went above and beyond every single day. Their warm personality, attentiveness, and genuine care turned simple beach moments into highlights of our trip. We also want to recognize Kely, the general manager, whose presence and leadership were clearly reflected in every aspect of the resort. He made our stay feel personal and seamless, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to see that level of hands-on hospitality, and it did not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a place where luxury meets heartfelt service, The Shore Club is truly in a class of its own. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

I took my big fam of 16 ppl to stay in the 7 bdrm villa at Shore Club. We had adults, teens, kids and babies. The fast line at customs and car service from the airport are included for villa guests. This villa is the nicest setup we've ever had (even compared to the Ritz suites and suites at Shore Club). It's 9,000 sq ft with two levels. It is super gorgeous inside and out. Living areas are big with great hangout spots outside too. The master bdrm is really big. The cleaning crew comes into the villa from an underground tunnel to clean twice a day while you are out having fun. We enjoyed the private pool and also the bigger resort pool. Your private beach and chairs are steps out your back door. (the dedicated private beach is REALLY nice compared to getting chairs at the public area). The villa butler is next level. We had Kongkea aka KK. Need groceries? Text KK. Need drinks on the beach? KK makes them in your own kitchen. Reservations, towels, transportation, etc? Just text KK. Something not working in your villa? KK. His full job is serving just your family. He is there while you eat in the restaurants in case you need anything. He walks with you there (where you skip the line) and back afterward. He bring surprise drinks and fresh cut fruit trays for the whole group all the time. We ate bfast (included) and dinners at the restaurants and did lunches at our villa. It's the best of a private gated house and the best parts of a nice resort in one package. It's super nice for a big family. It's expensive. There's no way around it. Flights, the villa, restaurant meals, butler gratuity, driver tips, etc. It's a next level experience. Feels very private. We stayed six nights. We also did a full day chartered boat with Kernard cruise that was super fun and breaks the week up in a good way. This is the nicest vacay experience we've had by far. I'm more than happy to answer questions if you are considering it.

Outstanding in Everyway! The accommodations are beyond beautiful, decorated to very high standards, extremely clean and well maintained. More than anything are the exceptional staff who will pamper you beyond your dreams. No need to venture off site, as the Almond Tree was our absolute favorite restaurant. Special appreciation to the many waitresses, Slade was so wonderful for our lobster dinners, Lakisha, Love, Angie, Deloris and Chef Michael at the Almond Tree breakfast and of course the ladies who made the best pancakes everrrrr! So sorry if I failed to mention your name, you know how much we enjoyed ourselves. Also highly recommend Frank Williams limo service for all of your transportation needs, Fast Pass and VIP Flyer Lounge. We have found a true paradise and will be back in the future.

Best luxury resort in Turks & Caicos!! This resort is gorgeous inside and out! The rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully. The pools and beach were top notch! I felt like we had our own private beach. And wait till you see that beach! Beautiful clear water. We were very lucky to stay at a resort with the best restaurants, too. My husband and I went to several fine restaurants on the island and found that Sui Ren at our resort was by far the best! Best red snapper dish! Try the seafood chowder at The Almond Tree! The complimentary breakfast was a plus as well! Also, shoutout to all the staff! Great service and very attentive! Perfect vacation!

The pictures online are exactly what you get! And more!!! The staff are the nicest I have ever had! They always have a smile and are quick to serve you. They genuinely want you to have the best time. The beaches are so white and the ocean is beautiful. The sun beds on the beach are very comfy. You have wonderful food options at the pool, in the Asian restaurant (the sushi was delicious!!) and we had breakfast at the Almond Tree every morning. We had the pleasure of staying in one of the villas. WOW!!! There were 5 couples who stayed in the one villa. We had a private hot tub and swimming pool, full kitchen, washer and dryer elevator, tvs in every room, and our butlers, Mark and Waun made sure we never had a glass go dry and the fridge was stocked! Everything is extremely luxurious yet you feel right at home. . WE WILL DEFINITELY go back!!!
