The beach was lovely and the room was amazing. A few negatives, however. The prebooked car did not show at the airport, but after notifying the hotel, they had a car there promptly. The breakfast was average at best in our opinion . The biggest negative was when our flights were possibly going to be cancelled due to the almost nationwide ice storm , the hotel would not let us leave a day early with a refund for that last night. We showed them the email from AA and still would not work with us. It was very disappointing. Probably would not return.

Our stay was absolutely magical at The Somerset on Grace Bay, June 7th-11th. We had booked our family trip to the Turks at another all-inclusive. That resort messed up one of the room's reservations and was completely unapologetic and unwilling to assist, so my husband and I scrambled to find a backup, and what a find it was — The Somerset on Grace Bay. This place truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most elegant and serene luxury resorts in Turks and Caicos! If you're dreaming of pristine white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and understated sophistication, look no further. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom villa, and it felt like our own private paradise. The layout was perfect — gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, expansive living and dining areas, multiple bathrooms, and that incredible wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views of Grace Bay Beach right outside. The villa was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed with European-inspired touches, and had everything we needed for a relaxing, home-like escape. The location is unbeatable — direct access to one of the world's best beaches, with soft powdery sand and crystal-clear water just steps away. There's also a lap pool for a refreshing swim, and the grounds are lush and beautifully maintained, giving everything a peaceful, intimate vibe (only 53 units total — no crowds here!). The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the concierge arranging our snorkeling excursion to the beach team setting up umbrellas and chairs, every detail was handled with care. The on-site dining was delicious, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed luxury — ideal for couples or families. The views were stunning! Our kids even came to visit, and we all agreed it was so much better than the resort we had originally booked and CHEAPER! The extra bedroom was perfect for the grandkids to spend the night. Loved this amazing hidden gem and will be back! 5/5 Stars – Absolute perfection! 🌴🏖️✨

As a family of 4 adults took the 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 8 people comfortably. We were here for 4 nights. The suite was very comfortable & expansive. The suite came equipped with a washer/ dryer. Restocked 2 one time use detergent packs. The kitchen had everything or more than what a normal home would require. They complimentary restocked a gallon of water each time it was over. Everything was in working condition, well maintained & clean. Staff are friendly & always willing to help.

Fantastic trip. The staff was amazing, from the minute we walked in and were greeted by Winston the bar was set high. The resort is small with a BIG feel. Lots to do and a great team supporting your visit. The team in the restaurant, pool and beach bar excelled every chance they had. Collin and AJ along with the full beach staff attended to every need. I’d be remiss if I didn’t comment on housekeeping, they kept us clean and ready to go every day.
