A special place for families
We just returned from our second stay at The Somerset on Grace Bay, and once again it was an incredible experience. This resort is truly one of the most beautiful and family-friendly places on Grace Bay. The beach is absolutely stunning and never overly crowded. It’s the perfect setting whether you want to relax or spend the day playing with your kids in the water. What really makes The Somerset special, though, is the people. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. Sharon at the kids camp was especially wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved spending time there with her, and she made the experience so fun and engaging for them. We also want to recognize Berry, AJ, and Colin, among others who were all fantastic and helped make our stay memorable with their friendliness and attentiveness. This was our second visit and it confirmed why we came back in the first place. The combination of the beautiful setting, spacious accommodations, and truly exceptional staff makes The Somerset a place we will continue to return to. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

Wonderful vacation at a beautiful facility
This is our 4th stay at Somerset and each year has been wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was semi updated but it had very nice furnishings. The staff and facility are amazing and so helpful and nice. We will be back again next year

Perfect family vacation!
I am just back from an amazing stay at The Somerset on Grace Bay. The pools and ocean was spectacular! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially AJ at the pool. The grounds were beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed in 7B which was a 2 bedroom with a full kitchen and washer and dryer which came in handy. I will definitely be back again soon with my whole family as the hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury with space for everyone to spread out. Having two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms was perfect for my family of 5. Hard to find that in the Caribbean with dream views on the perfect beach!

Somerset is magic
This was our third trip to the Somerset on Grace Bay. We come back because the beach and water are perfect, the staff are just fantastic, and the accommodations are impeccable. We have an 8 and 9 year old and the staff knows them by name, takes them to play sports on the beach, and makes us feel like its ok to have active children at a resort. The staff almost seem to outnumber the guests, and if I could describe service in any way, I would say it is friendly, proud and relaxed. Berry, the concierge, is always so hopeful navigating the island and things to do beyond the resort. AJ, Nadine, and company at the beach are the best! This year our dryer stopped working on day 3 and the maintenance staff had in replaced in 3 hours. This was amazing to me. 5 out 5. Can't see enough good things.

My husband and I returned to Somerset for our 13th year for a quick long weekend. Always love to return there !
We have been staying at somerset for 13 years . We have had the most wonderful vacations there year after year and will always return . The accommodations are amazing and all of the staff are extremely welcoming and always accommodating! We have traveled there with our kids and on our own . The units are spacious and beautiful .Dining is also great at the resort. We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner there . All meals are prepared well and delicious ! We love that Somerset is a smaller resort and never feels crowded . We also love that the staff members have been there consistently from year to year and know us well .
