This place is top notch. Unit was gorgeous and the views are amazing. Sooo clean and the walk to the beach was short. We felt like we had the place to ourselves! Groceries were stocked when we got there and Coretta even sang take me out to the ball game for us when she saw my husbands baseball shirt. And they have pickleball!! We took bikes to town twice - it’s a decent ride but so awesome to have. Cabana bar was our favorite place to eat - the taco salad and the jerk chicken were fantastic! Mr grouper was very good and tried blue water bistro also and that was also very good. If you go to the cabana bar get a frozen banana margaritas - i will be back for those! Used DJ from E to Z taxi and he was awesome - you can get his number from the ladies in the office. We did the fish fry and had fun - get your souvenirs there you can get better deals. You cannot go wrong here it’s quiet and beautiful. We will be back

We loved this place! We had a 2 bedroom 2nd floor unit and it was beautiful. Very clean and pretty. Gorgeous beach view. The staff were all very nice. There is no restaurant, but a quick walk next door to a very good restaurant- we had breakfast and lunch there. They also will deliver food/drinks to the beach. The grocery stores on the island are very good, so no problem getting what we needed to have. You can walk to town, but we were glad to have had a car.

We just returned from The Tuscany at Grace Bay and had a wonderful experience. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront suite which gave us plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage girls. They are all oceanfront and all 3 bedrooms/3 baths, they just lock out the rooms depending on how many bedrooms and baths you need--the upside is every suite gets the same living space and incredibly spacious deck! The grounds are stunning and meticulously landscaped. Our unit was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could ever need from pots and pans, to electric tea kettles and enough plates and various glasses to host a huge party! The view from our deck, which had a dining table and two oversized cushioned chaises, was breathtaking. You could easily walk back up to your room when you were on the beautiful beach to grab something or use the bathroom. I packed floats but that wasn't needed--they had plenty at the beach and the pool to just grab and use. The pool was huge, clean and warm. This is not a resort--it is a condo--so there isn't an onsite restaurant or those types of resort amenities however Ocean Club West is just steps away and the Cabanas beach bar is as accessible as most bars at huge resorts, plus the waiters come to the Tuscany beach to take orders and bring food and drinks. We used the bikes to go to a store one day but would rent a car next time since cabs are pricey and we'd like to explore the island a bit. There is a convenience store within easy walking distance from Tuscany that has sunscreen, pharmacy items and food essentials like milk, chips, hot dogs, eggs, bread and alcohol, as well. There is also a nice restaurant in that same complex called Opus where we had a delicious meal. We ate at Cabanas next door (they had a great live singer that night and the food was excellent), Caicos Cafe, and Coco Bistro--all were delicious but Coco Bistro was our favorite due to the atmosphere among the foliage. We cooked breakfast each day which was fun--it felt like we were at home, only better :)). Tuscany took care of stocking our room with the groceries for breakfasts and snacks and also booked us a half day snorkel tour with Caicos Island Charters which I highly recommend--it was the highlight of the trip. There is a small gym but it had everything I needed--treadmill, lots of weights, a bench and a TV. The resort is very quiet and felt incredibly safe (it is gated and they have security at the entrance though we never felt unsafe at all it was nice that he was there to make sure). If you are looking for lots of hotel amenities, or music by the pool or nightlife, this isn't the place for you. If you want a gorgeous, HUGE condo where you can feel like you are at home, access to a great beach just steps away, and peace and quiet I highly recommend.

Beautiful resort, everything great with exception to weak wifi that kept dropping out regularly within our condo unit. Tech staff indicated it needed an extender to cover the whole unit however management failed to act on this and our entire stay suffered poor wifi even given multiple complaints made during our stay. We had to resort to hot-spotting from our phones at our cost.
