The Tuscany on Grace Bay

Our new favorite spot on Grace Bay - nice layout of 3BR 3 bath plus large screened in balcony or porch. Very relaxed, homey vibe w quieter narrower (in a good way!) beach. Enough chairs/umbrellas for everyone. Restaurant next door on the beach takes orders and delivers food/drinks to the Tuscany beach. Service is excellent! Prompt, friendly - thx Adrian for all of your help w excursions, meals etc. And housekeeping was great too. Very well managed, spotless property!

We just returned from an incredible week with 4 adult children. The Tuscany was everything wonderful about a luxury resort hotel with the laid-back ability to have common living space and a kitchen to eat in when you felt like it. Here is what we DIDN'T know and were so blown away by: Adrian Gibson, the concierge, contacted us a few months before our trip and inquired if he could help us arrange some restaurant reservations (he suggested we do so as it was the week between Xmas and NY and therefore very busy). I appreciated that! I made my choices, based on recommendations from friends and restaurants reviews, and asked for Adrian to make the reservations. What I truly appreciated was the extremely gentle feedback he gave me when I selected a place that he, as he put it, would not go to himself. That is the kind of input a first-time visitor wants to hear. He suggested an alternative, same kind of vibe, same kind of food - only better. How nice was that? The concierge service also helped us book all kinds of fun activities. We booked a private boat charter for the day: fishing in the morning and snorkeling in the afternoon with lunch in there. We went parasailing, jet boating, and kayaking. All of this arranged through Adrian. Loved this service. He even offered to have our condo provisioned for us before our arrival. We opted to grocery shop ourselves as we rented a car. Got a tip on the best store to stop at on the way to the condo (IGA Graceway - huge and better prices). The Tuscany has daily housekeeping. They clean your kitchen, the entire condo and replace your towels, including fresh beach towels. We used the on-site bikes. We played pickleball on the courts. We also spent plenty of time at the beach bar next door playing cards and enjoying the great cocktails. Every member of the staff at The Tuscany we ran into was working over the holidays. They could not have been nicer or kinder to us in every way. We had a truly wonderful experience there and in the T&CI.

Our first time to TCI and we were so happy with our choice to stay at The Tuscany and will definitely be back. The rooms were beautiful and right on the best part of the beach. The cleaning staff did an amazing job each day. I love that this part of Grace Bay is a little quieter. There were always lots of beach chairs available and the ocean was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the screened in balcony to sit and watch the sunset away from the bugs was a huge plus. There was a full kitchen which we used several time. The gym had everything for a good workout - weight and a few cardio machines. We went to the Cabana Bar and Grill a few times, which is the restaurant at the next resort over and is connected to the Tuscany via a small walkway. We also rented a car and were able to explore other parts of the island.

A great place to vacation for the whole family! Adrian went above and beyond to help us with our family needs including car rental, crib, high chair, trip and dining suggestions! Yaniri took great care of us and keeping up with fresh beach and shower towel needs and keeping our villas very clean and tidy!

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at The Tuscany on Grace Bay and had a wonderful family stay. Adrian, the manager and concierge, made everything seamless with his excellent communication, local insight, and attention to detail. He anticipated our needs, welcomed us warmly, and provided great tips for restaurants and excursions. He also handled our reservations, an added convenience which made our trip more enjoyable. He was always available throughout our stay to ensure we had the best possible experience. The property is well-maintained, very comfortable for families, and situated in a fantastic location on a quiet stretch of Grace Bay. It’s an easy walk to the Cabana Bar next door, which was convenient for meals and drinks on the beach. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch—it was a relaxing spot to start and end each day. A special thank-you to Yaniri, our housekeeper, who kept everything spotless and was always warm and helpful. The staff was consistently kind and welcoming, and the overall experience felt thoughtful and well supported. The Tuscany provided a wonderful setting for our holiday, and we look forward to returning. Highly recommend.
