The Tuscany on Grace Bay

This is now the vacation to beat! In the past 3 years we have traveled with our kids to Ireland, France and Belgium, and everyone agreed Turks was our favorite. Vacation ever. The Tuscany was amazing. Huge condo, well furnished (it’s the worst when you can’t get comfortable in your rooms), amazing views. The cleaning service each day went above and beyond. The staff was so nice and welcoming. They were awaiting us upon arrival. The beach was quiet. No “save the chair games” (thank god), which felt luxurious. There are several restaurants next door and since the Tuscany is small, next door is literally a 60 second walk. Closer than some on-site restaurants we’ve visited in the past. The water is incredible. Clear and warm. Bring snorkels and an underwater camera! The kids snorkeled off the beach daily and you will see lots of cool fish and shells. If you go kayaking at the mangroves, you’ll see lots of sharks, stingrays and turtles! If you go in summer, don’t bother with pants or jackets. The low is 83, it never cools down. Plenty of excursions to explore. We did rent a car and had it dropped and picked up at the resort. We would rent again as walking to town is a little longer than we’d prefer when we’re dressed for dinner. We also had groceries delivered and stocked by the time we arrived. It was just perfection and I’m already planning our return trip. The ONLY thing that wasn’t perfect was the gym. Seriously dated. But not a dealbreaker by any means.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this vacation was going to be memorable. After our short drive from the airport in our rental vehicle, we were welcomed with genuine warmth that immediately made us feel at home, and that feeling never left. There was something refreshingly unpretentious about the entire property. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, fellow guests were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inclusive. Tuscany was the kind of place where everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, making it easy to settle in, slow down and enjoy every spectacular moment we spent on Grace Bay. Our 5th floor unit was absolutely stunning - spacious, beautifully furnished with high end linens, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and the most amazing views of the water. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bedding and furnishings on this trip, as I was traveling with pain from months of cervical issues. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and evenings watching the sunset - my kids loved watching the July 4th fireworks from our balcony! We enjoyed grilling out and having family dinners on the balcony. While the condo was phenomenal, the beach stole the show - it is everything you hope it will be on T & C! Crystal-clear turquoise water, perfect temperatures, soft white sand, and surprisingly uncrowded. Even during a busy week, there were times it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. One of our favorite surprises was how effortless everything was. Beach service was attentive, the food and cocktails were excellent, plenty of shaded areas, and we never had to play the “save the chair” game. Conveniently, the resort had floats and beach toys to borrow. My favorite were the small beach chairs that allowed me to read with my feet in the water and drink in hand. Tuscany became THE PERFECT home base for the week. Location-wise, I would recommend renting a car. There are restaurants close to the resort but we preferred to explore. Driving in Turks is relatively easy and allowed us the opportunity to see more of the island, eat out a few times, shop, and even checkout the puppies at Potcakes K9 rescue. Don’t miss the Fish Fry Wednesday night! Some places are beautiful…others engage all of your senses and leave a lasting impression - Tuscany gave our family the PERFECT place to experience both. Cannot wait to return!

This place is our home away from home! This is our 4th trip to TCI and the 4th time we have stayed at the Tuscany. We had a three bedroom condo (room 201). We love the Tuscany. It is away from crowds and a small property which we like. The condo was beautiful. Rooms were spacious. They provide coffee and creamers, soap, shampoo and other items to make the stay easier. Tuscany staff is outstanding. Led by Terria, everyone is customer focused and tend to our every needs. Rooms were impeccably clean and property is maintained beautifully. Can’t say enough good things about this property and the team. Thank you!

The best locaiton and amenities! Felt right at home and loved the ocean views from our room. The size of the unit was perfect for our family and we hope to come back again in the future!

We loved our time at The Tuscany and appreciate all of the kind people who helped us. Yoldine and Coretta are wonderful and make sure every request and detail happens perfectly. Everyone is so nice and they make us feel at home. I hope we get to return one day.
