Quinta Real Puebla

Very convenient to maintain atractions. You can walk everywhere. Beautiful colonial building and friendly staff. However, the room had some issues. The TV control did not work, the safe didn't either. It did not matter since I was only for the weekend and I just wanted a room to sleep.

The hotel is located in the historical section of Puebla. So its in a great location. The room was very spacious with high ceilings. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean with nice thick towels. But it had a feeling of being a little tired. The margarita from the bar was not drinkable and expensive. It did not resemble a margarita because it was super sweet. I just had 1 sip. The buffet breakfast was very skimpy. They offer a few basics and didn't refill the items very quickly. People had to ask the waiters for They had cereal, but no milk. There was no water or bread available on the buffet. They brought a small plate of fruit with 12 little pieces to the table. Not a great breakfast.

60 th birthday trip. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous,the restaurant courtyard was a great place to relax. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive

The hotel is very well located we did the check in and the front desk mister like a robot zero courteous didnt ask how our trip has didnt recognize our member status poorly trained or a staff family member The bellboy fabulous he should be at the front desk The rooms bathroom smelled terrible we called the manager and she acomodated to another room They do charge a extra parking fee which for a level of a hotel like this is simply not good taste Food was average premises great

We have been coming to Quinta Real for over a few years. Over the last two days that I have stayed in there. I got terrible service, horrible customer service. My room was a mess. They were not stocked properly. Due to the negligence, one of the rooms got flooded, and they did not fix it properly, and charge me because of their negligence, and gave me very horrible attitude and blamed it on me. It should not be something on a client, but based on a responsibility that you provide as an establishment.
