Great location, wonderful service but room quality requires more improvements to qualify its pricing point!
We were given a room with an awesome waterfall view but the smell from the air conditioning was too overwhelming for us to relax and sleep in. Customer service gave us a change of room (with a less awesome view but it was definitely less smelly). But at almost a thousand USD a night for 2 people, this was a huge detraction of the big holiday splurge and should have never been a problem. The smell was like old urine. The room was very clean though so it took us a bit of time to realise it was coming from the air conditioning unit.

Wonderful time, wonderful people
Just an absolutely wonderful time. And if you can red level is well worth it. The service is fantastic, the views are fantastic, and the people are fantastic. Thank you to everyone and especially Estabon. And one other thing, make sure you do the boat ride.

Welcome to Paradise
Fantastic place to stay and eat. John and Andrea are outstanding servers st the restaurant. Great attention to detail and very good memories of what you like to eat and drink. The view of the falls are wonderful to see from the hotel. Watch out for the monkeys!
