Superb so far!
Just arrived at Gran Melia and already blown away! You walk into reception and you get your first glimpse of the falls. Just ate at the restaurant, the food was delicious and Hector and Jesica provided superb service!

Superb stay.
The hotel and all their staff are amazing. They will go above and beyond to meet guest expectations. They were all so welcoming. Esteban and Agostina from Red Level, Alberto, Luciano, and Esteban from Bar Mercado. Alexis and all the restaurant staff. Bar Alter! Espectacular. Drinks with a magnificent view. Yanaina y Andrea were amazing. I leave with a lot of satisfaction and pray I can come back again soon.

Super hotel, food disappointingly
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful position, the only thing that spoiled it was the food which was overpriced. We had steak and chips. The steak was dry not seasoned and I would say the chips were frozen, such a shame for such a lovely hotel.
