My favorite place on Earth where we can relax and enjoy uninhibited fun! The workers have become like family and welcome us back with big smiles. Of course our favorites are Gabriel and Salina at the Spa. Leon and May are always super nice and personable during breakfast. Erik is by far our favorite butler and we can’t say enough about him except that I wish he were here in the states with us! Gilberto at Pearl is our favorite waiter because he treats us like family and makes sure we always have what we need. We love all the bartenders, they are all so kind and friendly. People here in the US could learn a lot from them on how to treat customers. The Pool attendants always make sure we have the chairs that we like, especially Horacio. I am really sad that Sam, our Sales rep, is no longer there. And I would like to see two things fixed, the jacuzzi bubbles and the pool filtration system. I see a lot of money going into the areas that the members don’t use much, like the new stage and the new Lobby area. I feel like the lobby was already beautiful and remodeling it was a waste of money. I also prefer the shows to be in the disco, it’s just more intimate. The shows were much better this time compared to November 2025. I’d like to see the music stay a little more sensual like before and less “Moon Palace”. We come there for the erotic vibe so if the shows are something my kids could watch then you’ve missed the boat. I should feel the need to cover my kids eyes if they were there and most of the shows in November weren’t sexy. Last week there was only one night that I thought needed an overhaul, so thank you!!!

My wife and I just returned from our first trip to Desire Pearl, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. This is a couples-only resort with great food, quality drinks, attentive staff, and friendly guests. The resort itself is relatively small, which means there’s always room at the pool and everything feels relaxed and personal. We had all of our meals at Aphrodite, and every experience there was outstanding. When you arrive, you’re greeted by the very pretty hostess May, who immediately makes you feel welcome and ensures your time there is enjoyable. For breakfast and lunch, Oliver was our waiter. He always had a big smile, great energy, and was ready to meet any request. In the evenings, Eduardo took care of us. He somehow manages to be everywhere at once while still making your experience feel personal and unhurried. We spent most of our time at the pool, and Gabi made sure our cups were never empty. She was attentive, friendly, and an absolute pleasure. I played a lot of pool volleyball, and having my arm twisted by the playmaker Jessica made joining in even more fun. Beyond the service, the resort itself has a beautiful “old world Mexico” charm, paired with excellent food and nightlife. It’s an ideal place for couples who are confident, comfortable in their relationship, and looking to elevate their vacation experience. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we’ve already booked our second trip back in June. We can’t wait to return.

We just returned for out first time at pearl. Not our first time at lifestyle resorts. Can't say enough about the staff and all the little touches as we were celebrating our anniversary. We had a room by the quiet pool with beautiful view of the ocean and pool. We did take part in the theme nights and enjoyed the shows. We thought the layout of the hot tub was better than at RM . The only complaints we have is being asked 5 or 6 times a day if we are interested in a massage( lower the price and maybe more people would say yes in our opinion). As the prices keep rising i would say the food is just average for what you pay. Yes we would return, though from talking to members about what is going on behind the scenes with ownership we are concerned we might get priced out. As canadians we do ad %40 exchange to rates. We highly recommend if you are thinking about trying it.

Just a quick review of the spa services at the resort. Had a deep tissue with Jesus, relaxing with Rebecca, and an express facial with Selena. This spa is amazing. You must try the Swiss shower. I have never experienced one like this anywhere else. The massage therapists are very professional and tailored my request to give more attention to my shoulder area. I get several massages everytime I come and can’t wait till next time.

Not your typical all inclusive resort. Couples only, great food and quality drinks, attentive staff, friendly guests. Relatively small resort, room for everyone at the pool. Highly recommend for couples who are confident and comfortable in their relationship that might be looking to elevate their vacation.
