We love Puerto Morelos.
We had a very nice vacation. Our butler Candido was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He met every request of ours. The hotel was beautiful, short walk to town. The beach was extremely clean and was raked daily. The only complaint I had was the food service was extremely slow. All meals seemed to take over an hour.

The butler Candido was very amazing. He was very nice and he helped with a lot of things. The food took a while to come out and it was kinda good. I had some very good meals like the Alfredo and the Chicken Sandwich The beach was also very amazing and they took very good care of it by cleaning it almost every 2 hours

Excellent place. Service was slow most of the time. Food and people were great. Candido was just excellent. Wonderful to work with and an awesome person. Only complaint is things are really slow. It was much faster to order food for the beach than sit down in the restaurant

Candido was the absolute best butler! We have been coming here for 8 years and he did everything for us. Truly took care of every need and we felt fast friends. We are so thankful for his assistance during our entire trip!
