The Fives Oceanfront

We had an amazing time at The Fives Oceanfront! From our first introduction to Roxanne at the front desk to all the other staff, Ian, Stephanie, Lorenzo, Crisbal & of course Jocelyn and Daniel! They made us feel like family the whole week we were there. They were so helpful and friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The property itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, relaxing, and full of charm. Every area of the hotel felt luxurious and welcoming, making it such a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy our trip. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, and their hospitality made such a huge difference in our stay. It’s rare to find a team that is this warm and dedicated. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an amazing stay!

Couldn’t not have had a nicer stay at a more reasonable price. The stay was perfect, a one bedroom oceanfront room as advertised. Hospitality team was on point. Yes, there IS a very slight sales pitch but the team is very understanding in terms of your needs during your stay. Only had the bed and breakfast plan so only ate in the morning there at the resort. Beach was lovely and very well maintained via a vie the sargassum. ZERO smell and look, it’s a freakin’ ocean. Room was super clean and very well maintained. Need service a couple of times and the staff was very responsive. We rented car and used the valet the whole stay and they were super friendly. The resort is gorgeous, small, very laid back and just what we wanted. I’d go back again in a heartbeat. Highly highly recommended if you want to avoid the crowds of Cancun and Playa. A total winner.

This was our first time in Mexico and we're so glad we decided to visit Puerto Morelos. The Fives Oceanfront was amazing! We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite that included a full kitchen and oceanview balcony. The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect time to visit because it wasn't crowded and every guest we encountered seemed to be enjoying their stay. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Julio was especially helpful with answering all of our questions and making us feel welcome. We ate at 3 restaurants and the salmon and fettuccine alfredo were our favorite dishes. During our stay, we walked along the serene beach and in the town where we bought souvenirs. There was no pressure to buy anything and the locals were so nice. We also ate at a local bar and the food was terrific. We have no complaints and are looking forward to returning in the near future.

I have been to the Fives twice and it is perfect for a short trip when all you want is sunshine, beach, pool, and good food! The food is excellent! The spa services and massages are great, and the rooms are so nice and spacious. All of the staff is so kind and friendly. I also did morning yoga and did the afternoon craft, Gustavo does great activities. I can't believe how affordable this boutique hotel is. It also is so nice that you can walk into the cute little town and see locals, its such a nice little dead end street and so close to the airport too. I highly recommend The Fives if you are on a trip where you don't need a lot of entertainment or activities.
