Amazing Experience

Gabriella the massage therapist is amazing and Lucia provided amazing service - highly recommend this spa
Amazing experience. From the moment we stepped in we felt relaxed. The spa area is beautiful. Totally recommend Gabriella the massage therapist she really helped my back pain and was very professional and experienced. Also shout out to Lucia who went above and beyond with her service!! Highly recommend Waldorf spa

Great hotel and food outlets! Very comfortable and well equiped rooms with stunning sea views. Handcrafts activities with Esperanza were a nice touch!

Exceptional experience at Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya
First of all, this was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the service was exceptional, the room, the pools, the food, the lobby, even the restrooms were so luxurious, super clean and so relaxing, the hospitality of everyone was superb, especially from Juan from the Chaya restaurant, it was the best service we had ever received, what a wonderful service, two thumbs up for Juan and all the Waldorf Astoria team members, thank you for your hospitality.

Good stay
Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The gentleman at check-in was super helpful and informative — he explained all the hotel benefits clearly and made us feel very welcome. Restaurant people are all friendly and we had great time dining. Olga from housekeeping did such a great job keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was perfectly arranged and she was professional. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service and hospitality!
