Top Tier Customer Experience
We were warmly greeted and cared for from the moment we landed at the property. This visit was a treat for our family and the staff did not disappoint. We enjoyed all of the engagement with the restaurants, pool service, quick and attentive housekeeping and the ever present bell team (hola Antonio!).

A Time to Remember.
Everything was great for our visit. We were treated like royalty when walked in. Our Bell man Antonio went above and beyond with always helping us with whatever we need and was always friendly. The Pool Service was great, the whole team was always quick and friendly. Luis and Carlos never let our drinks run low, Irving behind the bar did great with keeping us entertained with his tequila tasting class. Patricia with her always helping us set up our chairs or bungalow. Can’t say enough good things about the service we received when we were there.

Amazing Trip!!
Perfection from start to finish. The best customer service we have experienced at a resort. Special thanks to Patricia, Julio, Carlos and Luis for making sure the pool was the perfect spot to just relax and enjoy vacation the way it was meant to be. If there is something you need you just need to ask and the concierge staff will make it possible. Amazing trip!!!!

Wonderful experience
Everything was delightful.The staff, the cuisine, the property, all lovely. Mayra, Luis, Antonio Parro - all wonderful! The food was exceptional, especially from Malpeque- the food from Antonio was outstanding! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Antonio visited our table, spoke to us about the cuisine, the history, and traditions of Mexican culture. What a wonderful conversation and experience! Thanks you so much!
