Wow, this place did not disappoint. An old meat processing and packing plant from the 19th century, it has been lovingly transformed into a stunning hotel while incorporating original elements into its wow-factor design. Reception was home to a retro funicular that carried ou and our luggage to the main hotel with rooms, restaurant and museum. Our huge and beautiful rooms overlooked the water, as did the spa pool, which allowed access to the water via an indoor-outdoor glass partition. Breakfast was a triumph - all tastes catered for - while the restaurant and bar offered wonderful food and drinks. Huge thanks to all the staff who made our stay so special. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Our stay at The Singular Patagonia in Puerto Bories, Chile was nothing short of extraordinary—truly one of the world’s best-kept secrets. We chose the all-inclusive package, and “no worries” doesn’t even begin to capture it. Every detail was thoughtfully handled—breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and drinks were all exceptional. The food itself deserves special recognition—fresh, high-quality ingredients, expertly prepared, with great variety and generous portions. Not a single meal disappointed. On full-day excursions, we were sent off with beautifully prepared lunches, packed with care; on shorter outings, snacks were provided. It allowed us to be fully present and simply enjoy the experience. Our room was a sanctuary. Housekeeping maintained it with meticulous care, and the small luxuries—like heated bathroom floors—made a difference. The views alone were breathtaking. And what a landscape it is. Patagonia is raw, majestic, and humbling—towering mountains, sprawling glaciers, and beauty that feels almost unreal. You truly have to experience it to understand it. The excursions were unforgettable—and these were real adventures. We hiked through Torres del Paine (both private and group), reached the Base Torres viewpoint, explored fjords and glaciers by private boat, rode horseback through Figueroa Lagoon, and encountered wildlife up close—including dozens of guanacos, sea lions, and penguins. What truly elevated these experiences were the guides. Their knowledge of the land, history, wildlife, vegetation, and indigenous cultures was remarkable. They shared insights using maps, charts, and stories in a way that made you genuinely engaged and curious. Their experience ensured we always felt safe, without ever taking away from the adventure. The hotel staff matched this excellence— professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s the kind of service that doesn’t feel forced—it feels natural and sincere. The hotel itself is unique and beautifully designed—thoughtful, innovative, and far from a generic luxury experience. Every detail feels intentional. After full days of activity, the spa provided the perfect way to unwind, and the complimentary shuttle into town gave us the chance to explore and purchase beautifully handcrafted items from local artisans. After six days and five nights, we left feeling both exhilarated and restored. The Singular Patagonia is more than a destination—it’s an experience. Perfect for adventurers, nature lovers, and anyone ready to step outside the ordinary and into something truly unforgettable. A hidden gem—though perhaps not for much longer.

Excellent wind down from the W Trail. Beautifully appointed and landscaped such as you’d never know it was there. Interesting and tasty food. Bar and relaxation area superb. The spa is small but provides extremely good massages just don’t expect to do any lengths swimming.
