What a superb hotel in Puerto Natales! We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at this wonderful hotel. The way they incorporated the old shipyard into the hotel was nothing short of astonishing. How many hotels have you stayed at where you have to take a funicular from the check in area to the rooms? Simply wonderful. We loved the service that was provided and the staff were all amazing. We used their services to get a 'boxed lunch' for our excursions and thoroughly enjoyed this option - who knew that Apple/Peanut Butter sandwiches were so delicious!? I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Our only complaint, if we had one, would be the lack of a gym. Do not hesitate to book your stay at this amazing hotel.

Fantastic! When we arrived we thought it was a bleak factory but it became so lovely. Totally amazing. Unique. Singular! Rooms amazing with a view to die for. 10/10 for hygiene and cleanliness. Bed amazing. Bar and restaurant excellent. Great activities and trips. Restaurant Michelin Star. Staff fantastic. Special thanks to Auzzie David: top notch. Also big big tanks to Maria Jose, Wolfgang, Patricio and Fernando. And also to our guides. We loved the E bikes!. Every trip was fantastic!! Whiskey on ice at 1030 wonderful! BBQ was extra special. This is an outstanding experience. Right now listening to the wind, rain and geese. Perfect!! Oh, and a great museum!!

Not sure why there aren’t more reviews on this stunning hotel maybe people are trying to keep it a secret? After five amazing nights in Torres del Paine, our agent suggested adding a night at The Singular, and we’re so glad we did. The hotel has been brilliantly transformed from a historic cold-storage plant, with spectacular dining and bar spaces. It’s adaptive architecture at its best. The courtesy shuttle into Puerto Natales is very handy; otherwise it’s a pleasant walk (around 5 km) or you can take the complimentary bikes for a spin. Last Hope Gin Distillery/Bar is also well worth a visit and just a five-minute walk from the shuttle stop through the main shopping area. Huge thanks to the wonderful team at The Singular you made our short stay unforgettable.

The Singular Patagonia is a uniquely beautiful hotel with an incredible and attentive staff. From the moment you drive up to the reception area, you know this place is special. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely, comfortable and spacious, and the museum portion is well integrated with the hotel. Then the dining/bar area takes it all to another level. It is one of the most gorgeous spaces I have ever entered. Service was impeccable, and the food and drink delicious. Overall, the Singular was one of our family's best hotel stays ever! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience, great hotel & accommodations. Unforgettable tours & expeditions. The rooms have great views, the food is outstanding, and the staff is beyond kind. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. The Calafate sour is the best one that I have ever tasted.
