Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa sits on a bluff where the South American pampa meets Lake Sarmiento. The building is immersed in the landscape and emerges from the hillside. The award winning architecture complements the flow of the geology in this privileged location and showcases the magnificent views of the Torres del Paine National Park, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1978.

Absolutely spectacular setting and lodge architecture, across from the Paine Massif. Wide range of activities with generally excellent guides. Food quality excellent, but service is too slow and portions too small for a lodge where guests are doing very active and sometimes exhausting hikes. Staff very friendly. Overall worth about 80% of the price.

Trip of a lifetime. What an incredibly beautiful, special place. If you’re debating where to stay in Torres del Paine, don’t hesitate to book a room at Tierra Patagonia. You can’t beat the location, views, and stunning architecture. The staff is so incredibly kind, and the guides are so knowledgeable and awesome. I’ve never been so sad to leave a hotel. Special shoutouts to Danni, Alena, Eduardo, Crhis, Celeste, and Pia. Thank you for everything, Tierra Patagonia!

Tierra Patagonia is the single best service experience I've ever had. Every staff member from the restaurant to our incredible guide, Dani, treated us as friends. Shout out to Chris at the bar for his creative cocktails and amazing attitude. Thank you to Lucy for above and beyond attention to detail. I love Tierra's model: they are supremely accommodating and yet not afraid to 'curate' your experience with advice and guidelines (meals serve at certain hours to encourage community, all while ensuring a great bar menu 11a-11p for off-cycle snacks nonetheless. Advice on which hikes to take, or not. etc). My wife and I chose Tierra for our 15th wedding anniversary trip, a trip we had hoped to take on our honeymoon but could not. It was the right decision.
