Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa sits on a bluff where the South American pampa meets Lake Sarmiento. The building is immersed in the landscape and emerges from the hillside. The award winning architecture complements the flow of the geology in this privileged location and showcases the magnificent views of the Torres del Paine National Park, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1978.

A stunning hotel on the edge of the Torres del Paine NP, with views of the mountains from every room and every table in the dining room. Hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and beautiful (although seemed designed a bit more for looks than practicality). Pricey (although we were on a tour and didn't see the exact bill) but worth it for those who want to combine a luxurious experience with vigorous guided outdoor activities. The naturalist staff we encountered (Alfonso, Roberto, Sebastian, and Lucas) were highly knowledgeable, highly personable, eager to share their enthusiasm for the area.

Fantastic - hotel was stunning in a pristine location. Excursions were amazing and quality of the guides was superb. Service was friendly and efficient however Restaurant menu was inconsistent and was the only thing that did not wow us

Everything about our experience at Tierra Patagonia was top notch from the accommodations to the food and the guided excursions. We hated to leave! We were surrounded by iconic views and top notch service. Expensive but worth it!

Incredible experience from the moment we walked through the front doors to after we had departed. Everything from the food to the views was top notch. I can't think of a better place to stay while in Torres Del Paine.

Great, amazing… but not perfect… which you would expect given the price. Staff where at all times exceptional, the excursions where excellent… although not all the ‘advertised’ trips where offered with limited offerings each day. Food quality varied from ‘just ok’ to outstanding. The bar does a much better job than the kitchen. Apart from the view (which is magnificent), the rooms are quite basic. Given the very high price for an all-inclusive… it is amazing / disappointing that they charge extra for laundry
