Great time
Spent some time at the premium lounge with Cesar! He was amazing!!.. he made us delicious drinks had great conversation and played fun music! Definitely made it a great time!

The vip lounge
With my encounter with Cesar Lopez his hospitality was incredible, he made my family and I feel welcomed and appreciated. Cesar was very helpful and made the lounge enjoyable and made me want to come back again the next day!

This resort I cannot say enough about. I'm gong to start with a few honorable mentions here.. Adelina Romero, tour guide specialist, AMAZING lady!! Our concierge Yatziry, anything we needed she went above and beyond. Alfredo our bartender, a class act to have on your staff, drinks were perfect and very rarely did we have to ask for another drink, Ricardo was the same, amazing!! Marico the manager was absolutely awesome! Cleanliness of the room was incredible, porters were awesome. The staff in La Fluente, wow...anything you asked they to make it happen did their best to make it happen. After reading this review, I hope you pan your next vacation resort at the Barcelo Puerto Vallarta!! Hands down my best holiday yet!! Dan, Regina, SK

He was the perfect mixer
Our visit to this hotel was much better with my bartender Alfredo Cardenas from the pool to the bar inside always has a smile, great conversation , not to mention he was always on top of everyone’s drinks from a pop to a mix great job great attitude atmosphere thank you for everything you do keep it up

Wonderful food and experience
Five stars all around. Sergio and team made our family dinner and wife’s birthday so special. Food, service, atmosphere, wonderful.
