AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Overall, it was amazing - really the things I experienced was great - the dinner at Kyoto was my only middle but that wasn't because of them but my not knowing the true overall deal of what they offered. I am allergic to shellfish and they had a limited menu that didn't really cover my dietary needs but they did have a special of chicken fried rice that was DELICIOUS! I still give this resort, staff, food, rooms and all amenities 5 STARS!

Had a wonderful time.
Room was clean & comfortable. Cesar in the premium lounge was excellent!! friendly, great service. Was not happy with the service in the Taco restaurant. Service was very very slow. Even when not crowded. Waited 45 minutes for a club sandwich. French fries were cold.

Cesar is wonderful. Great service very attentive. Let us play music and play cards at the premium lounge. Great drinks also. If you want them strong or light he will make to your liking. Place is comfortable and cool a great place to relax from the heat.

WONDERFUL PLACE
I really love this resort! The food is delicious, the staff are very attentive and friendly! Our room was so beautiful with a Wonderfull view! We enjoy our stay a lot !

One of the best locations in Vallarta .
Nice hotel nice people a little bet far But taxi is right there at the hotel Food is really good beach is nice. And the room was big with two tv’s and balcony two pools. One for all people and one for adult only. the restaurants serve Diferente foods ( Italian, Mexican, Japanese, ). The bar have a good beer & tequilas
