Visited the Barceló and stayed with Cesar Lopez at the premium lounge. Very amazing guy. Treated us very well and everything you can imagine was here

We stay 4 nights, booked family room.. So it was the worst experience in our all vacations. Our room has a mold, the balcony doors doesn’t closed, air conditioning doesn’t work normally. Of course we asked them to change room. The did, but when our friends went to sleep water was dripping from the ceiling, the whole bed was wet. they had to go at night and tell them about it. they gave our friends a temporary room. in the end, how I asked them just leaving us in different rooms but no we had to move again in that temporary room. So two days our vacation was like we collected and unpacked our things and moved from room to room. Think to hard to go here on your vacation 🤦‍♀️

Juventino and Alfredo at the pool bar are so amazing and attentive with our drinks! So interactive with all the guest. Stay thirsty my friends

Alfredo and Juventino are the best @ the pool swim up bar !!!! This is our 4th time here are Barcelo and its such a pleasure to be recognized a year later. Customer service is topnotch!!!!
