Food is barely edible
The good: Grounds are beautiful. Staff is pretty good The bad: Rooms are dingy, food is just terrible. Would not stay here again.

If you can make a call
When make a reservation call and ask too check what they say is true, I asked for 2 bedroom suit they gave me one bedroom, they don't have activities for all ages as they say is more for 5-6 and up, one of the elevator was out of service for about 5 days in our 8 days stay.

Best Italian in Puerto Vallarta
Great experience, great food and service. I will 100% come again and recommend anyone who is staying at Barcelo. Rene Licola & Dana Dial are the best hosts.

Will not recommend . Food it’s not great , you will not go hungry but it’s the exact same thing every day at the buffet . Specialty restaurants are a joke . Rooms are outdated and have mold in the shower .

Wonder full experience all the employees were helpful and polite ! Lucky for me I got the chance to meet Cesar Lopez and he’s crew at the premium lounge! Cesar never says no he always say yes !
