Love this resort!
This is the 3rd Barcelo resort we have stayed at and were not disappointed! It has a cozier feel than the other bigger Barcelo’s and the cove was charming with the boats and beautiful view! Our suite was spacious, clean, and the view was incredible! We had a full views of the mountains, pools, and ocean! The food was great, entertainment was fun, and service was top notch. HIGHLY recommend!!

Best Al a Carte ever!
Don Quijote Restaurant food was the best al a carte ever. Rack of Lamb and Beef were to die for. Veg and potatoes were perfect to go with meat that was cooked to perfection. So so good and service was over the top.

Good selection of Mexican/Spanish food. Perhaps a bit too much for Canadians that are travelling with kids. Rooms are large, ours had a harsh smell to it from the air conditioner. Nice to be able to find a two bedroom suite at a reasonable price though. View from the Premium Level room was great. Not a great beach or place to swim in the ocean, basically a public beach. Decent value for a smaller and quiet resort though. Very little trouble getting pool chairs. Lots to see just outside the entrance to the resort
