Third stay - 14 days of outstanding, attentive service. Grand Miramar staff made it truly 5-star.
This was our third year staying at the Grand Miramar, and once again it was a fantastic experience. We spent 14 days here and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is always attentive and seems to anticipate our needs at every turn. The restaurant service was outstanding with special thanks to Abel Hernández and his entire crew, especially Reyna, Jorge, Jesús, María, and Alejandra. The bell staff was wonderful as well: thank you to Alberto, Salvador, Mario, and Luis for being so friendly and helpful every day. And a big thank-you to Ángela Pelayo at the front desk for her warmth and professionalism. Beautiful property, incredible views, comfortable rooms, and truly memorable service — it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. A definite 5-star stay!

Above expectation in many ways
We normally do not like big resorts, but Grand Miramar was a pleasant exception. The view of the ocean is unparalleled here. The downtown is 10 min away by taxi. But what was the most memorable was the service and hospitality. The bellboys are always on top of things: Salvador, Mario, and Luis. We had a beautiful stay thanks to them.

Everything was lovely/ hotel is beautiful with gorgeous view overlooking the ocean / staff very attentive and willing to asssist/ room was gorgeous with ocean view suite with jacuzzi / pools clean and warm

As avid all inclusive resort goers, Grand Miramar was our first adventure away from AIs in Mexico. Why didn’t we do this sooner? What a lovely, enjoyable, relaxing, and best of all-affordable place to go for a getaway. We enjoyed everything about this place. The breakfast buffet was 10/10 every morning and the poolside servers and bartenders are attentive and friendly. Luis and Salvador were always ready to help or have a chat with a smile. We are pool/read a book/have a drink/take in the view people, so the distance from the beach didn’t bother us. Grand Miramar’s pools, views, and service were all we needed. We had a corner suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony- worth every cent! Comfortable and spacious but still feels cozy, insane views. Go here!

Great luxury value
We’ve been here many times. While this is not an inexpensive place, it just a fraction of the cost of many of the luxury places in Vallarta. The staff is wonderful. A great breakfast is included. It is at the top of the exclusive Las Conchas neighborhood with spectacular views of the Bahía de Banderas. It is quiet with every amenity. It’s a 100 peso cab ride to the Zona Romántica.
