Wonderful hotel. I really enjoyed the views, the rooftop pool, & the free breakfast was fantastic. Lots of protein for someone who works out a lot. The gym was solid for a hotel. The service was excellent. Lots of attention to detail, really kind staff. Salvador & Luis at the bell desk were really helpful :) i hope to come back in the future for another relaxing week!

My girlfriend and I visited Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our anniversary, and we're very happy we chose to stay at the Grand Miramar. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff truly want to provide great service. The suite was spacious with an incredible view that we couldn't get enough of. Special thanks to the concierge who went out of his way to make our milestone special. As well as to Salvador, Roberto, and Luis for their hospitality and local recommendations.

If you want to splurge, this is the perfect place to stay. Excellent service, amazing views, great good and facilities. The restaurant is wonderful and also has incredible views of the coast and the city. You have to park on the street, but they look our for your car and it's not a big inconvenience. I really loved my stay.

We had an excellent time at the resort. The staff was very kind and attentive. The amenities were high-quality and the space was clean. We love the location. It is on top of the mountain, so it feels tucked away from chaos of city, yet close enough to drive into the downtown area easily. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and had the most perfect time! We could not have chosen a better resort. The staff was so attentive and kind from the moment we arrived. Alberto is one of their amazing bell hops, and he made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. One of our favorite amenities was their breakfast buffet, which we took pardon every morning. They had a wide variety of options and even allowed customization breakfast items (my husband loved their omelettes!) and their juices were incredibly fresh! We also had the pleasure of partaking in their spa on our last day there and had the best massage experience of our lives. We highly recommend the sensory couples massage. I’m glad they told us to come in an hour before our scheduled massage because we were able to utilize their full spa which included a sauna, steam room, and a eucalyptus infused Jacuzzi. Shout out to Danito and Victor for their amazing service and for remembering our names which made us feel even more welcomed. We took advantage of the various pool options and loved utilizing their cabanas. The hotel is located on the very top of a hill, so the views were incredible, and we felt extra safe. If you need to get around town, we highly recommend Ubering as it is cheaper to do than taking a taxi. Thank you for the best honeymoon, Grand Miramar!
