Love Hotel Mousai
Always love our stay here. The view is amazing!! Ricardo was excellent at the South tower rooftop. Very helpful and attentive. Enjoyed all the restaurants with Hiroshi being our favorite. Miguel takes great care of us at Hiroshi while adding some humor too. Greta is a wonderful butler paying attention to every detail. Can’t wait to go back!

Hotel Mousai is a Lifetime Destination!
While visiting Garza we had the chance to see our old friends and make new ones at the best luxury hotel in Mexico! Greta, while not our butler on this trip always takes care of us and is like family! Miguel (both of them!) and Alejandro at Hiroshi are the best waiters and Hiroshi is our favorite restaurant on 6 continents. They even prepared our fresh catch from a day of sport fishing! Our new friend Ricardo at the south rooftop pool is a wonderful addition to the pool concierge team and you can tell that Omar was his mentor as their service, attitude, friendliness and warmth are contagious. We can’t wait to come back!! See you in 2026! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Ricardo is the Best pool manager!
Ricardo is the Mousai South Tower pool manager and so amazing at his job. He is warm, welcoming, keeps his guests safe, humored, and well taken care of! He knows every inch of shade and sunshine that will land on any given area of the pool as if it were his children. He is a joy to see every day of our visit and Im excited to have our friends be cared for when we return to Mousai next. Ricardo is a bright start in a jewel of Vallarta!

Best place in the world
Hotel, food and hotel staff are incredible. I feel like a queen every time I come. Ricardo at the pool and Jasmine at the beach sports are the best. They have a greate demener and beautiful smile that makes you feel welcome.

Relaxing and welcoming retreat
Our whole experience was fantastic. The personal service at every restaurant was excellent. We greatly enjoyed breakfast at NOI with Janette and loved meeting and telling her co-workers, Daniel, Claudia, and the chef how wonderful they were. There were even hugs when we left. Alvaro and the staff at Blanca Blue were also amazing. We believe we were watching Jose(?) as he hurriedly moved back and forth from the kitchen, working so hard but making it look effortless. It was seamless. Hiroshi, the pool, everyone and everything…It was not our first time there because once you experience it you have to go back to make sure you weren’t dreaming. …. And the staff let my husband practice his español!
