Best you can get!
Beautiful location! So close to everything! Room was very nice; could have been better i.e. more attention to detail. Everyone was very professional and so courteous and respectful. We will return for sure 😊 The pool concierge Paul treated us like family; giving us great recommendations on places to visit!

Great vibs great service
We loved the relaxed atmosphere and cheerful service at this adult boutique resort. The staff keep this place clean and are always eager to help with any request. A special thanks to restaurant hostess Gabriela, and to Paul of the pool area staff, who always provide service above and beyond. We nicknamed Paul the mayor (el alcalde) as he gets to know every guest in the pool area. All the rooms face the ocean and the charming portico at the end of the jetty was perfect for sunset viewing or a romantic dinner.

Paul at the pool is great, Enrique at the bar is even better. Great time! Will be coming back!! Small hotel vibe is very refreshing. Never had to wait for any of the all inclusive services. Gabriella was real nice as well!! Highly recommend this property.

Great experience
Paul was a great host and made sure we were comfortable. He made sure we were happy and gave us great recommendations for the city to have a good time. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to our friends and family to visit.

Don't stay at this PV hotel
I was billed incorrectly, and have emailed the General Manager multiple times without response. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Although I had all-inclusive, the constant requests to scan my wristband and being asked my room number over and over by the same people was very annoying. Limited hours with the restaurants forced me to eat at the pool bar several days. Food was just OK and service was very slow/spotty. Get more bartenders and servers! I was also screwed out of $20 cash deposit for not wasting a whole 90 minutes of my previous vacation time on the "membership presentation." Didn't appreciate the hardcore sales pitch. And being next to a very noisy street without enough insulation made sleeping/concentrating in my room difficult - I had to constantly run the fan, TV, etc. I will be putting all of this in my online review. Will never stay at your hotel or visit PV again. Very disappointing!

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
