If even after a month I can feel happy about the experience of the stay then I believe it's worth mentioning! This was the first time I stayed in Hyatt and now I am looking forward to staying with them again. Turning a first time customer into a lifetime member. How did this magic happen? Well, here it goes... Gyandeep at the reception desk made our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was not only welcoming but incredibly cooperative. With a smiling face and warm voice , he took the time to explain all the available options and offers, personally accompanied us during the room selection, and thoughtfully introduced us to the various facilities on the property. His dedication played a major role in ensuring my family had a comfortable and genuinely warm experience throughout our stay. Gyandeep displayed immense patience, efficiency, and diligence in everything he did. His professionalism, paired with the warmth he extended to us, made us feel like family. He truly inspired me with his commitment to going above and beyond to create value for guests. Even during the final billing, where I felt a bit challenged, he guided me through the process with such clarity and support, making everything seamless. Breakfast felt like a celebration each morning thanks to the incredible energy and warmth of Pritam Ji. He works with the speed of ‘Flash,’ yet never without his radiant smile. I genuinely looked forward to greeting him every day and enjoying the buffet, because he always took a moment to introduce the specials, share recommendations, and let us know about all the additional dishes available from the chef beyond the display. What touched me most was how effortlessly he remembered every detail of our food preferences and served us with such sincerity and warmth. With him around, eating stops being a routine—it becomes an experience filled with joy. We are truly grateful for his exceptional service and the heart he puts into everything he does. I would also like to mention Security :Davinder Ji ( the welcome security guard), Rameshji (security ), Reception Desk :Shirnidhi ji, Sakshi Team Cafe 88: Soumen ( Morning manager ), Prajnya, Raj, and Temsu. Housekeeping : Shifa ( excellent in her work ) Waterfall Cafe: Shubro and his spl Masala Tea. Hyatt is truly winning hearts, thanks to inspiring team members who put their heart and soul into everything they do. Their genuine care, dedication, and skill make every moment of the stay feel special and wonderfully memorable.

Mr. Gyandeep Jha from the front office provided exceptional support for a one-day stay extension, including a room upgrade. He was courteous, friendly, and offered assistance even late at night, ensuring a positive experience.

Called to confirm inclusions and avail the airport pick-up. Staff was not guest-minded, even though it’s supposed to be 5 star. I got bounced from 1 person to another without explanation. There is no email for this hotel, which makes it difficult for communication.

It is a wonderful hotel, the amenities are modern, the bed is high and medium soft, the swimming pool looks amazing and the food and breakfast are simply great. The staff is always kind and helpful and Nuri and especially Bikash made my stay very special and I could really relax during my time there. I will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!
