Way expensive minibar items Toilets seats could be cleaner , health faucets at left side very inconvenient. Rest was good

Outstanding staff
I have stayed at the Hyatt Pune for one week. I come to Pune regularly for business from the UK, but this is my first time staying at the Hyatt Pune. I will 100% be staying here again, and it is simply because of the most amazing staff and service. Shyerhilne, Pritam, and Ekbal in the restaurant (Cafe 88) are the most attentive, friendly and wonderful staff I have come across. They made my daily restauraunts visits so seamless, so easy and they were so kind and helpful. The chef there is incredible! They are the reason I will return. Thank you for being wonderful!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service at Hyatt Pune
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The amenities were top-notch, making my stay very relaxing. A special shoutout to Front Office Staff Bhumika Bhalerao, who provided outstanding pre-arrival assistance. Her warm, attentive, and professional approach made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Thanks to her, my stay started on the perfect note! Highly recommended.
