Great food and average rooms
Venkat Rao their chef at cafe 88 is amazing and all the staff at the restaurant are very friendly. Hotel rooms would get a rating of 3 out of 5. Changed my room thrice. In the 1st room there was a mosquito issue, 2nd room had a foul smell, 3rd room air conditioning was not working properly

Pampered away from home!
Really awesome experience in Hyatt. The chef and F&B staff always go out of their way to personalize your experience. That's why I keep it as my only hotel stay every month in Pune! Try it ... their the best! The bar setting is very soft yet elegant ... Really nice vibe, nice craft cocktails too. Need to add rice beer to the menu though. Pool also is great, good laps and a late close ensures always one last swim every night. Overall really the best place to stay in Pune!

Bad !!
Overhyped nothing 5 star about it... Bad food, hopeless service. F&B suck. Not worth spending money. Still if you choose to stay here, take a trip to food court in phoenix market City.. the average food they serve us million times better than this hotel.

Amazing stay at the Hyatt
Nasir and Rohidas were amazing staff members very helpful and friendly, great facilities. The hotel is always clean. Staff will help you at every point. Anything you need you can request. The overall build quality is amazing and the breakfast buffet is a dream

Room cleaning service was good , Bipul used to do the cleaning daily , whenever I used to go out , I used to ask him to do the cleaning meanwhile , so that I can spend the rest of the day in the room , also they take care of every issue in the room seriously.
