Hotel stay & food was good and all staff at hotel were polite and good especially Pooja from houskeeping was very good and kind

I stayed at the Hyatt Pune with my colleagues on work and had coffee and sandwiches at The waterfall Lounge in the lobby area. We were waited upon by Ms. Lekashi. The cappuccino I had with the club sandwiches was amongst the best that I have ever had. The service, attention to detail was top notch. Highly recommend this place if you are ever in the area for a quick bite. One thing I need to mention is that this is a 5 star property so don’t expect the cost to be cheap!

I stayed at Hyatt Pune from 16–18 August. Overall, there were several positives, but unfortunately, the room quality and noise insulation significantly affected my stay. What I liked: Very good food, with a couple of restaurant options available. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent, with a very good variety of options, and everything we tried was tasty and well prepared. Helpful and courteous staff with good overall service. Good spa service (its paid) Good Wi-Fi connectivity. Clean and spacious bathrooms. What could be improved: The rooms feel quite outdated and, more importantly, the soundproofing is a major concern. Conversations and even people simply walking and talking in the corridor could be heard very clearly inside the room. This disturbed us repeatedly and affected our sleep quality on both nights. There is also a restaurant nearby (Elephant and Co), and its music could be heard clearly throughout the day from inside the room. This makes me feel that the windows/overall insulation are not of the quality one would expect from a Hyatt property. I honestly did not expect this level of noise disturbance from Hyatt. While the food, staff, service and other facilities were good, the room condition and particularly the poor sound insulation were significant drawbacks and need attention. Overall: A property with good food, an excellent breakfast, helpful staff and good service, but the outdated rooms and severe noise issues considerably affected the overall stay experience. I hope the hotel addresses these aspects, especially the soundproofing, as they have a direct impact on guest comfort and sleep quality.

We visited TGS Restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Harsh, Pradnya, and Krishna were extremely helpful and made the experience special. The service was amazing, we will surely come back!
