Great experience
We had a good time at the Hyatt Pune. The room was as expected, not too large but clean. The pool was great, though it seemed to have an area with jets which were not operational. The breakfast spread was good with great service. There was no open area (even a small lawn or something) for us to take a walk at night. Also the flooring system at the hotel is strange going from the 2nd floor to 10th floor.

Pooja from housekeeping has taken care well and she has maintain the room very well.& she has arranged a flower for me and a sweet gesture here and I will keep this as a memory for life time. It was pleasant stay here and I am looking forward to stay again in Hyat

Excellent, first class service
Pooja & shoba from housekeeping are really friendly and helpful. They have done an amazing job. Room was cleaned daily and really good. They are a credit to hyatt pune hotel
