Excellent
All staff were professional and cooperative. Specially the bar staff Prashant and aman. It was one of the finest stays in Amritsar for me till now. Steam and sauna session were also good. Pool area was clean and maintained well by staff. Overall experience was wonderful for me and family.

Modern, Contemporary Style & Clean Hotel
Modern hotel, boasting 248 rooms, which is perfectly suited for short term stays. Details: CHECK-IN: Check-in is efficient & baggage is checked by security scanner. ACCESS TO ROOMS: You need you room key to access the lift and are required to place your key in a slot to keep the power on in the room. CLEANLINESS: Rooms were clean and comfortable (although there were dirty dishes left outside of the room when we arrived) ROOM FACILITIES: Wifi, fridge (which didn't seem to work), aircon, safe, hair dryer (hard wired with a pretty short wire) & free toiletries are all provided. (Notes: 2 of the 3 sockets behind the table didn't work, the main switch for the lights -which most people seem to find hard to locate - is on one side of the bed & there are sliding tops under most surfaces.) FOOD/DRINK: Drinks are expensive. The food (buffet style) is OK but I wouldn't recommend the sausages at breakfast. OTHER: The hotel is conveniently situated next door to the Nexus Mall (it literally took us 90 seconds to walk there) which has a food court on the third floor. As a base to visit the delights of Amritsar it ticks most boxes.

The staff is really good. The hotel and room is clean and well maintained. The food is amazing, in-room dining or the buffet both are great variety of options. The breakfast buffet has alot of options as compared to other places, Farhan has taken care of us throughout the buffet.

Good massage by therapist karma, she’s polite sHe is nice and giving a good massage very comfortable with her. Thanks for giving such a nice massage. People can do I am going recommending to people. Stretching and pressurise pressure points are good recommended again
