Our stay at Hyatt Amritsar was truly exceptional, and I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every member of my family was comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Chander, Navish, and Rishi at the reception, who were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast experience was outstanding, with excellent food and seamless management. Special thanks to Lee and Shivani for their warm hospitality and attentive service during breakfast. I would also like to acknowledge TJ from room service for the prompt and courteous assistance throughout our stay. A sincere thank you to the managers, Amit and Mr. Sharma, whose leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel’s service. The swimming pool area was well maintained and enjoyable, the hospitality was exceptional, and the connecting rooms were perfect for our family. The hotel’s location, right next to the mall, was another major advantage and added great convenience to our trip. I am sure I may have missed mentioning a few team members who also contributed to making our stay special, and I sincerely apologize for that. Please know that every interaction we had with the staff was positive, and the dedication of the entire team did not go unnoticed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and Hyatt Amritsar exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Amritsar.

The service by ms. Ankita was really good and proactive. Overall great stay at the hotel. Only hotel that has a dedicated kids play area and an xbox!

Front office staff is not that good
Shivam guy who is working ia housekeeping is very hardworking and efficient in his work .we asked for cleaning at midnight but still his work was very efficient. All the best for his bright future
