Came here as an anniversary trip for my wife and I. Came to relax and enjoy the property. We have been to many Caribbean islands and resorts. We are not golfers and spent no time golfing, so can make no comments about the golfing experience here. The resort was very clean & beautifully maintained. Wi-fi access was strong and uniform. I never once had to take my phone off of airplane mode during our trip. The food is a bit expensive but at the quality of the paid food is very high. The breakfast buffet, which was included with our suite was average. Good, nothing amazing, although the location was nice and the service was typically excellent. Room service was good and ran mostly 24/7. The exercise room was well equipped but unfortunately while we were there, the air conditioning wasn’t properly functioning there so it was hot. I would recommend the resort to any adults.

We sincerely enjoyed our time at Eden Roc. From our delightful and informative driver Willy who picked us up at the airport to our superb butler - Junior. So many people made our stay delightful. Mercedes and Wilson at the beach club were wonderful! - Marco made us one of the best meals we’ve ever had - table side at La Palapa! Ibelio shared some traditional Dominican meals with us as well as a memorable toast with Mama Juana! Junior, our butler, made us feel so pampered. He was attentive, kind and thoughtful- we were so lucky to have such an exceptional butler. Mr. Montens- checked in on us throughout our stay and made the absolute best ordering recommendations at their restaurants. We looked forward to chatting with him each day to discuss our dinners. I know we’ve missed some names but truly everyone is so kind and really seem take so much pride in the property - And it shows. Everyone made our 25th anniversary so special. We can’t wait to come back.

Terrific property with great food and very helpful staff. Robinson served us for my birthday dinner and was terrific! It’s a great place to relax yet also to be active and play golf as well.

We are a small family who stayed 7 nights at Eden Roc. *Positive The villa was wonderful, with a private pool that gave us plenty of privacy. We were provided with a small golf cart to get around, which was fantastic. Our personal concierge did an excellent job, especially making our son’s birthday celebration feel really special, which we truly appreciated. The staff if extremely friendly and takes good care of the clients. *Negative The food was decent but not up to the quality expected from a true 5-star Relais & Châteaux property. If you want a great culinary experience, we recommend Nina at the St. Regis instead. At Eden Roc, we noticed restaurant bills often had an extra $2–$3 added to meals and drinks compared to the prices on the menu. It’s not a huge amount, but it was frustrating and should not happen. Additionally, room service sometimes came with a $20 delivery fee and sometimes not, which felt inconsistent. Pool and beach towel service officially starts at 9 a.m., but in practice was closer to 9:30. With very young kids, this was too late for us, since we were usually ready earlier in the day. The plumbing throughout the resort looked rusted, and some areas were outdated and in need of better maintenance. A major disappointment was the beach and ocean. Before booking, I asked the Eden Roc reservation agent if there was sargassum seaweed and was told there wasn’t. However, when we arrived, the ocean was full of seaweed, making the water brown with a very strong, unpleasant smell. Because of that, we didn’t swim in the ocean once. The lack of transparency at booking was very disappointing. Tip If you do decide to stay, be sure to ask about the VISA promotion, which gives you 15% off food and beverages. I do recommend this resort but for us it was a 8/10

By far, my favorite place in the whole world. Since we live in South Florida, it's a convenient plane ride to Punta Cana. From there, the Eden Roc takes care of you. Although this is not an all-inclusive resort (thank goodness), the value for money is high. It's expensive but worth it. We have been going for over a decade, and there has never been one trip that would change my mind. If you have kids, it's a good place to go, but sometimes you may be the only people with kids.
