Eden Roc Cap Cana

After some initial communication challenges before our trip, Eden Roc Cap Cana completely redeemed themselves and delivered a truly five-star experience for our family Thanksgiving stay. Once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. What made this trip so special was the outstanding villa staff, who went above and beyond every single day: Hill, our butler, was absolutely phenomenal. He anticipated our needs before we even asked and went out of his way to make sure every day was perfect. He was especially wonderful with our son, showing genuine care and attention that made our family feel truly at home. Juan Pablo, our dedicated server throughout the stay, was attentive, professional, and warm. He made every meal seamless and enjoyable and ensured we were always well taken care of. Chef Ishmael deserves special recognition, every single meal was a five-star dining experience. The food was exceptional, beautifully prepared, and tailored perfectly to our family’s preferences. Pillar kept the villa immaculate and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Her attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed. Because of this incredible team, our Thanksgiving vacation turned into an unforgettable experience. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked our return for next year, and we truly can’t wait to come back. We are so grateful to everyone who made our stay memorable and would absolutely recommend Eden Roc Cap Cana.

We had an incredible stay at this resort—truly one of our favorites—and a big reason why was Alberto. He made everything so easy from start to finish. He handled all of our dinner reservations and booked our activities, and he was always flexible and accommodating when we wanted to change plans. Alberto greeted us every time we came through the lobby, always with a smile, and you could tell he was genuinely happy to see us. Anytime we needed something for the room—milk, juice, anything—he was quick to deliver and made it feel effortless. Beyond Alberto, the resort itself was outstanding: the food, service, beach, and room were all amazing. We felt taken care of the entire trip and can’t wait to come back.

Such a beautiful place with the most amazing staff!!! Our group was there for a bachelorette weekend and we all felt like we were in heaven the whole time. Everyone was so kind, helpful, accommodating, and sweet!

This was the most amazing experience - we stayed at the Founders Villa and we were a group of 25. Everything was perfect - the staff Junior, Hill, Castillo, the chef etc they were all so attentive and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. They kept our kids entertained and made sure the food and drinks were flowing! We had access to the resort with golf carts which made it very convenient. We took advantage of the beach, kids club, spa and many other resort amenities. We ate most meals at the villa and the chef was so accommodating to any and all food restrictions while still making incredible food. We even requested Indian food which he had never made, but it turned out so good! The rooms, amenities, and pool at the villa are exceptional. Everything was kept clean, the beds were super comfortable, and private pool was massive with views of the golf course and ocean. Beautiful is an understatement! They also helped with anything and everything while we were there - transportation, ordering extra food or drinks and any other random requests we had. I can’t say enough good things about the founders villa and the staff. We had such a memorable trip that we are most likely going back next year. I don’t think we’d be able to top this!!!!

What a beautiful outdoor setting! Giovanni and his entire team were outstanding! The service was impeccable and their suggestions from each starter to every entree were spot on. The chef created tasty works of art. Being from NY, this experience rivaled some of Our best NYC restaurants!
