Eden Roc Cap Cana

We booked a large villa at Eden Roc Cap Cana for Thanksgiving as part of a long-awaited family getaway. Everything seemed great at first, we confirmed the reservation and wired a significant amount of money to secure the booking. Unfortunately, after payment, communication has nearly stopped. We’ve reached out multiple times through email and phone to coordinate our stay and confirm details, but no one has responded. For a property of this caliber and price point, the lack of communication and professionalism is shocking and stressful, especially as we’re trying to organize a major family holiday trip. At this point, we’re extremely disappointed and concerned about the reliability of our booking. I would urge anyone considering Eden Roc Cap Cana to be cautious, especially if prepayment is required. Exceptional resorts should have exceptional service, not radio silence after receiving full payment.

What a special place! The villas, beach, and pool are beautiful and the service is impeccable. Special shoutouts to Anthony and Braulio our butlers as well as to Hector at the beach! We will definitely be back!

The Founder’s Villa at Eden Roc was very nice! We had a party of 22 (11 couples) & there were plenty of rooms, privacy & bathrooms for every couple! Beautiful view & pool! What truly made the place was the staff!! They went above & beyond to provide everything we needed 24 hours a day with smiles on their faces. I would definitely go back & hope that the same staff were still there!!

We had a wonderful trip at the beautiful Founders Villa to celebrate a friends birthday. Our stay was lovely and every detail attended to from arrival to departure. Hill and Melvin and the entire staff were amazing and no wish or want went unanswered. We were absolutely impressed with the level of service from the moment we were picked up at the airport. From the excursions they arranged to the meals they provided, everything was done with impeccable service and a smile. We even were able to have our own Ga/Fl tailgate to watch the UGA game. It was a wonderful trip and this crew and beautiful location can’t be beat!

Wonderful family vacation! Everything was perfect from start to finish. We enjoyed a complimentary pickup from the airport to our hotel, Eden Roc Cap Cana for a seamless transfer. Our 2-bedroom Villa was absolutely stunning and perfect for a family of 5. It was spacious and came equipped with our own private pool, 3 massive bathrooms with outdoor showers plus huge jacuzzi tubs, kitchen and living space. The property itself has so much to offer - golf, pristine white sand beach with crystal clear water and multiple pools, complimentary kids club that my boys kept asking to go back to with kayaks!, a plethora of dining options and being a Relais & Chateau property you know the food is spectacular. But what makes this property so special is the hospitable staff that went above and beyond - in particular our butlers who were assigned to our Villa Anthony and Braulio. There were so thoughtful and had daily surprises for our kids and truly went out of their way to deliver the most amazing service all with a smile. Thank you so much to the entire staff - Anthony, Braulio, George, Stephanny, Pedro, plus the ladies at the kids club and at the ice cream stand we paid multiple visits to. We loved DR and can’t wait to return to Eden Roc Cap Cana.
