There were a lot of issues with this hotel, with the main ones the attitude of the staff and the falling apart unclean rooms. Our booking had a note for an upgrade subject to availability, which was included as part of our booking. When we arrived we asked about it and checked online there were rooms available in the next category for the exact same dates of our stay. However the staff was absolutely disgusting to us and lied saying that there was nothing available even though I showed her on my screen the next category suite that was clearly available for the duration of our stay. They were just lying and saying there must be something wrong with their booking system then etc and couldn’t care less. We weren’t upset about the upgrade but the despicable way the staff lied and treated us was unacceptable from the start. They ended up realizing they messed up and called us an hour after we got to the room saying continuing to lie and saying they were able to ‘unblock things’ and turns out there actually is the upgraded room available and they’ll clean for us.. it’s took at least 2/3 hours after that to get access to the new room. In addition to this, the ancient phone in the bedroom starting beeping incessantly in middle of the night at 1 am and continued beeping and kept us up until we unplugged and moved it out of the room. Lastly the rooms were extremely unclean and old, with ants and bugs crawling all over our bathroom floor, and in the bathtub. The outdoor furniture was all moldy and ripped and overall we did not have a good experience with this hotel and it definitely is not a 5 star experience.

Gustavo was awesome. Made every beach day a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Very friendly, always helping us with whatever we needed. Absolutely ask for Gustavo on your trip.

Stay was absolutely perfect. The staff was very professional and as nice as could be. Alberto was excellent and ensured our stay was over the top. We will for sure be returning!

Beautiful property within a short drive from the airport. Staff is very friendly and the views are gorgeous. The food phase been absolutely fantastic. Guestrooms and villas are clean, comfortable, cozy and nicely appointed. Overall vibe is relaxed with lovely restaurants and amenities. Not a big party vibe, which is so nice. I visited in business and the private venues are incredible and really come to life. The local entertainment was very talented - I highly recommend! Thank you for everything! I look forward to visiting again soon!
