The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club

Outstanding experience overall. From the front desk attendant to Robinson the valet and all of the restaurant staff, we were well taken care of the entire stay. I would absolutely come back here again. The initial impression on arrival was stunning and it kept getting better as we walked through the property. If you like waking up to a warm breeze, stunning views of blue crystal clear water then this is the place for you.

The location is very close to the airport, and you will not hear no planes at all. There is a complimentary airport shuttle that runs on the hour starting from 9am. I used a service called B & J Travel - Premium Dominican Republic Transportation, that worked great for me being a solo traveler, Brian Guerra was exceptional. The grounds are very secure and clean. You are able to use the bikes and golf carts if needed. This is a very nice hotel/resort. The beachfront is clean, well maintained, and relaxing. They have several places to eat throughout the resort, even a cigar bar. They a play area on the right side back of the resort for the children. There is a gift shop right on the lobby level by the front desk area. The lobby bar is quaint with easy access. The staff is very respectful and kind especially the front desk. Rooms were just fine with mini fridge. The spa was my favorite thing to do and even did a pedicure. The price you pay is worth the money, with it being kid, family, couples, and or solo friendly. I would definitely recommend this location if you decide to to stay in Punta Cana.

I love it here. Take the shuttle to Punta Cana Village to save money in food!!! We had a great time with Germania Gutierrez in the lobby. She attended to us and showed true hospitality.

Conveniently located near the airport. Beautiful surroundings in Tortuga Bay. Staff is amazing, food was great, as was the pool and beach area. The open air lobby and bar are welcoming and comfortable. Several restaurants to choose from, spa and activities are available. Rooms are quiet but guests can see everyone on their balcony. Limited privacy.

Hotel grounds lovely - some staff nice others absolutely awful. Resort had loud booming music three of the night in the cigar bar it was like a band playing in the room. Night manager Onar was incredibly rude was going to make us pack and change rooms at 11pm. Steakhouse - terrible food sent back most meal untouched and no one even asked how it was. Two guests were openly smoking marajuana in cigar bar during the day again staff did zero/ zip to stop it. Overall a very poor and dissappointing experience.
