We love coming to Conrad Punta Mita! This place is secluded private resort and you can feel very safe! There are three main pools. One for kids oriented with a water slide which is fun for kids all age. The second pool has a huge vanishing edge out looking the ocean and it is the biggest pool. The third pool is adults only which is great for adults to relax away from everything else and has a wet bar which is great! There are 4 main restaurants CODEX (fine dining), ÁRBOL (breakfast and dinner), PALETA (pool restaurant lunch and afternoon). MEZQUITE (dinner and special events closest to the beach). The sunset are amazing the property is very well keep! The room are immaculately clean. The Conrad staff is the heart of this property: they are friendly, always with a smile, cater to your needs and always make sure your vacation is going smoothly and amazing! My family and I want to specially thanks! Alejandro, Hector and Edgar (Árbol restaurant) for the outstanding service and attention to my family. Antony (front desk), Israel (bellman and valet). Jesus & Francisco (Paleta & Mesquite), José (Head chef of CODEX) and the entire housekeeping staff! To you all thank you very much!

So far, this has been the most underwhelming vacation our family has ever experienced. While the resort boasts lovely rooms and great front-line staff, it completely falls short of the premium experience it promises. In luxury travel, the tiny details matter. While this property has the foundation to be truly exceptional, it is simply not run that way. For comparison, our family recently stayed at the Conrad Orlando, an experience that far exceeded this resort in every possible category from immaculate service and climate control to flawless execution. Here is why we cannot recommend this resort: Unusable Pools & Slow Service: The pools desperately need chillers. Stepping into 90°F water during the hottest months is not refreshing at all. To make matters worse, the daytime poolside service is incredibly slow. No Climate Control: The A/C was barely functioning in the main lobby, lounge, and restaurant areas, making indoor spaces hot and uncomfortable. Overpriced & Limited Food: Food prices here are outrageous. During the day, dining options are highly limited, and we were frequently told items were unavailable or not on the menu. While CODEX was spectacular and worth the money, every other dining option fell flat. The Upgrade Disappointment: We paid an additional $2,500 to upgrade our stay, expecting actual luxury value. Instead, that massive fee basically just went toward offsetting the resort's already exorbitant prices for the buffet and basic spa amenities. Lack of Family Programming: Compared to other luxury resorts we’ve stayed at, family-oriented activities were almost nonexistent. Indifferent Guest Relations: When we brought these issues to light, we were met with robotic, boilerplate responses from leadership. It felt like no one actually cared about our experience or requests, they just wanted to check a box. When you pay a premium price tag, you expect meticulous attention to detail, comfort, and attentive service. The Director of Rooms offered us a $500 credit and 2 complimentary nights at any Conrad but for us, that wasn't enough compensation for the experience/trip we had.
