Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower

We ran into a parking issue upon arrival, which left me a bit frustrated by the time we reached check-in. However, Edgar turned things around completely. He handled the situation with professionalism and genuine empathy going above and beyond what was expected of him. That human touch meant a great deal to us, and the room upgrade he arranged made our stay incredibly comfortable. From that point on, our vacation was wonderful. Every single staff member we encountered was attentive, warm, and welcoming. We left feeling truly well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Food by the pool was good and great service provided throughout the hotel. Only thing I believe is that the room needed a humidifier and I think the bathtub takes up too much space in the room. Pool was warm and beautiful views.

This was the most wonderful stay for me and my husband. This trip was one we had planned to treat ourselves and enjoy some very needed relaxation. The staff at JW went above and beyond and contributed to this amazing trip. Special mentions go out to our amazing morning servers at Masi restaurant-Nelino and Jacyk. Nelino was very attentive and helpful in making sure my husband, who is celiac, always had his gluten free toast. He offered us suggestions of places to see within Panama City and was genuinely interested in how our stay was going. The pool area was amazing!! I have never stayed at a hotel that has two 25 m pools!! I was able to get in all my swim workouts and then enjoy relaxing afterwards. Amelio and Michelle were so excellent making sure we had beverages and lunch and that everything was going well during our stay. The fitness centre is very well equipped with all the cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, mats, bands, rollers, etc. We really liked our room and had a beautiful ocean view. Flavia made sure our room was comfortable and clean. Thank you to all of the amazing staff at this hotel for making us feel special and welcome in your city.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel and would highly recommend. It wasn’t as remote as we thought - there was a grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. Glad we stayed here since Casco Viejo can get extremely busy so it was nice returning to a quiet relaxing resort after an active day. The room was huge either a great balcony, the Lounge staff was always so welcoming and pool service was amazing. We would stay here again in a second.
