Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower

Marriott – Servicio A1 Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en el JW Marriott y vivir una experiencia verdaderamente destacada, especialmente durante nuestras reuniones en el Market SL Floor. El servicio fue simplemente impecable: atento, profesional y siempre enfocado en los detalles. Quisiera hacer una mención especial a Dayanis, una joven excepcional que nos atendió con una amabilidad y eficiencia admirables. Su actitud positiva, disposición para ayudar y excelente manejo de cada situación hicieron que cada jornada de trabajo se desarrollara con total fluidez y comodidad. Fue un verdadero placer contar con su apoyo.

Débité de trois nuits dans cet immense bâtiment (ex Trump Tower). Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Les chambres sont confortables mais, comme indiqué dans d’autres commentaires, assez bruyantes. Les baises vitrées ont vécues et l’isolation acoustique n’est pas extraordinaire. Le mobilier des chambres a également bien vécu… Service housekeeping excellent. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Vous êtes à 10 mn (sans traffic) du casco viejo qui à beaucoup plus de charme que ce quartier d’affaires.

Travelled with the family for our son’s Spring Break and he chose the hotel - it was a great choice! The location was ideal for us; it was in a fairly residential area within walking distance to some restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. It was easy to get an uber to/from the hotel as well. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. I would’ve preferred the shower not be completely glass but that’s a minor issue. There were two restaurants on the premise and a few on the ground floor of the building. The ones on premise seemed to close early or have sporadic hours but since we preferred to eat at local restaurants, it was not an issue for us. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and the staff in the Executive Lounge! The front desk employee, Leonardo, offered great restaurant choices and connected us to a private tour guide, Mikhail, who we loved and hired two days while we were there! We’ll definitely hire Mikhail on our next trip as well! Even more impressive was the staff at the Executive Lounge, particularly Jose and Diana! Jose greeted us, by name, every morning and was super attentive while we were in the lounge! He even suggested a local lunch spot that he loved and it was delicious! On the last day there, they even gave us a little gift to commemorate our first trip to Panama City. The hotel and staff made our visit a memorable one and we will definitely return this one on a future visit.

We loved our stay here! We had a corner suite, with TWO balconies: city view and ocean view, both fantastic. The room was very clean, spacious and so very quiet! The sofa looked a little worn, but was comfortable. The bathroom was a little weird because there is no door, just a partition wall between the bed and the bathroom. I noticed some other rooms only had a curtain to separate, so that could be a privacy issue for some people. I can't say enough about how amazing the staff is! Everyone was so very friendly and helpful, and after the first day they recognized us. One of the managers even showed us how to get to the shops and restaurants on the ground floor, which we didn't even know were there. Special shout-out to Julian, Michelle, Ytolo, and everyone at Masi Restaurant, and Flavia in housekeeping. We felt like many of the staff were friends by the time we left. Don't miss the buffet breakfast at Masi Restaurant! The selection and quality is amazing, and they change some items every day so you don't get tired of the same thing. We also had dinner there a few times and the food is excellent.

By far one of the BEST hotel stays ever. If i had to complain about anything it would be a lie. From arrival to departure, the food omg, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. So sad to leave but will be back for sure. One thing i would Recommend to anyone coming is to explore the hotel has so much.
