Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower

My wife and i spent 6 days in July 2026. We were upgraded to Executive Suite (Titanium member and Nightly Upgrade Awards). The room was on 33rd floor woth balcony and great views and city and pacific ocean. Large soaking tub and large shower with views. We also had breakfast buffet at Masi with great variety especiall tropical fruits. Again service was attentive and up to standards. As a Titanium.member I was also provided access to the Marriott Club which had evening snacks such as dirado in coconet sauce. Again great service. There was also access to rhr outdoor poor area on the 14th floor. Again great views with infinity pools. I would recommend that is close to a resort standard but is a large town. The one draeback is the location is surrounded by appartment buildings. You do have to uber (cheap) to restaurants bars club etc and also to Casco Viejo

It is a luxury property. But, people seem not to care. We love to travel to Panama and try what we cannot try at home. Good hotel around city and lovely at casco. But not here, I don't know

We came to Panama and didn’t know where to stay other than suggestions from ChatGPT. We first tried another top rated hotel and it just didn’t feel right. We moved to the JW Marriott and immediately we knew this was THE hotel to stay. The hotel offers so many amenities and the setting is unforgettable! However, the most important thing was the service and it was over the top amazing! Front desk was friendly and knowledgeable, however the bell service was crazy good. In particular, Omar who handled our luggage was one of the best people I have ever encountered in my many miles of travel. He was one of the special ones that make the trip comfortable!

We had not planned to stay at this hotel. We had a confirmed reservation at a different hotel and we’re forced to move because the other hotel had a problem. When we arrived at this hotel, we were told there were no rooms. Despite that we went online and were able to book a room through the Marriott app. When we went back to the front desk with our confirmed reservation, they told us that it was nice that we had a reservation, however, they had no physical rooms so they could not give us one. We explained that this was a prepaid reservation that was not cancelable to which they responded that they could cancel it for us. In the end, the manager found a room for us. From that moment on for a few days, we were there. The experience was really very nice. The hotel is actually beautiful. The service is good.
