Los Altos Resort

You start to feel like family after being greeted by the front desk hotel staff whom are friendly, accommodating and just pleasant people. Los Altos was perfect for our family of four. The food was delicious from room service to the restaurant. The drinks were yummy! The view of the pacific was stunning. Sunset is a beautiful experience. I loved the coffee shop, the pool and hot tub. I enjoyed hiking around the beautiful property and working out in the gym. Loved loved loved Los Altos hotel and the beautiful employees!

Our family doesn’t typically splurge on vacations, but we are happy with our choice to do so at Los Altos resort! We had a penthouse suite, which provided absolutely stunning views of the ocean, grounds, and wildlife. Right off the patio, two gorgeous red Macaws flew by at our level (I got it on video!). We heard and saw Howler monkeys, green parrots, and more… right from our hotel room balcony. The concierge service was outstanding. From the moment we got off the shuttle, they took care of us with big smiles and a friendly attitude. They made sure I was greeted and informed of everything I needed to know to ensure a complete experience at their hotel via WhatsApp, and bent over backwards to help me book a last-minute tour to the national park. The grounds are incredible with a gorgeous pool setting overlooking the ocean and hiking trails on the premises (legit - you are instantly in the middle of the forest scenery with the potential for wildlife anywhere!). The hotel room was luxurious to say the least, especially for our family. Each of our two boys got their own room, adjacent restroom, and balcony which made them feel like princes. My wife and I loved our master suite. The only thing we didn’t like were the rain-style showerheads - it was difficult to clean off sand after visiting the beach.

A Huge Thank You to the Entire Los Altos Team Our family had a wonderful stay at Los Altos, and we want to thank the entire staff for making it so memorable. Comfortable beds, delicious food, beautiful property was made even better with the amazing staff. Carlos, Melissa, Roberto, and the front desk team welcomed us warmly, showed us around the property, explained the amenities, and helped us throughout our stay. Housekeeping kept everything spotless despite the daily rain, the landscaping team maintained the beautiful tropical grounds, and the restaurant and pool staff took incredible care of us from breakfast to dinner and everywhere in between. What stood out most was how genuinely everyone cared. Staff took the time to talk with our family, point out wildlife, and on our last morning even came to get our kids so they could see monkeys on the property. Although I can’t name everyone, every person we encountered deserves recognition. The resort is beautiful, but it is the people who make it special. The level of service, teamwork, and hospitality was exceptional and made our stay feel truly luxurious. Thank you for an unforgettable visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice resort. Rooms for families are in the main building with lots of space. the townhouse rooms are for couples and are nice and quiet with plunge pool and privacy and butler service. The main pool is open to all.

Amazing experience. Resort was beautiful. Views were amazing. Staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always made sure you had what you needed. Terrific experience.
