Wonderful, immersive stay
We stayed in one of the townhomes, a two level room with the living room upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. Incredible views! We used the plunge pool every day - which also gives a front row view of capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, and squirrel monkeys living in their natural habitat. Wow! Jeferson and Carlos were our butlers during the week, both of whom did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Perfect mix of jungle beauty, family comfort, and adventure
We loved our stay at Los Altos! Beautiful jungle setting with wildlife right outside, it really feels like Costa Rica. The villas are spacious and perfect for families, and the staff was so helpful in planning all our adventures. Great mix of peaceful and close to everything. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing Resort
This is an amazing and beautiful resort. Everyone, especially Erickson Araya at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The pool, restaurants, and townhouses were fabulous. I would highly recommend staying here.

Really beautiful hotel with great views and service. We stayed in the adults only townhouses. Carlos was our butler and his service and help was outstanding. Highly recommend this resort

Amazing time!!
We had an amazing stay at Los Altos. The views, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were incredible, but what really stood out was the service. Carlos was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay—he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcome. His warmth and attention made a big difference. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend Los Altos to anyone visiting the area. We’ll be back! Pura vida 🥰
