One of the best customer service experiences in a magical beautiful resort
Wow what a place! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty - it really is your home away from home. Sebastien helped us throughout our stay and asked us for whatever we needed. The apartment style hotel room was breathtaking- I’ve never stayed anywhere like it. It was HUGE! We also loved the snacks and drinks in the fridge. They even left the kids some Easter bunnies on Good Friday and my little one got a colouring in book and crayons when we left. This shows they are setting themselves apart from the rest of the hotels. Making stays so welcoming so that you don’t want to leave and want to come back! It was a memorable stay - one our family will never forget.

We had a wonderful stay at Los Altos! The staff were respectful, attentive and very friendly to us during our 3 night stay. The pool overlooking the water is just gorgeous- and the property is a wonderful eighborhood of macaus, tucan, monkeys and butterflies. The spa services were top notch! All the front deak staff, Alex and Sebastien in particular, were so helpful and friendly! We made arrangements with the staff to have a delish chef prepared organic seafood dinner in our room on our last night to round out our stay. Highly recommend a visit.

Fabulous Family Spring Break in the Jungle
Just finished a week with my wife and two 18 yr olds. We could not have been happier with it. Nice big clean rooms. Great view of ocean and jungle. Nice pool. Food and drinks fine. Super friendly staff. Location great not just for going to the National Park but for walking to stores, restaurants and beach. Ate dinner at the restaurants of a lot of other hotels and entire family was in agreement that we’d picked the best place. Highlight for teens was elevator opening into the room.

Luxury hillside resort with nice pool, hottubs, and ocean views with private beach access
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was a panoramic suite with awesome ocean views. The on-site restaurants, both poolside and sit down, were excellent. The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Lots of wildlife viewing on site. Great pool. Staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommend. We had breakfast in the restaurant daily which was easy and relaxing. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant twice and enjoyed it.
