MAGIC
Truly and idyllic experience. We stayed in one of the luxury townhouses for our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place to be. The views were unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The service was incredible with all staff incredibly attentive and very kind. Our butlers, Jeferson and Alejandra were so amazing and were able to help us with whatever we needed the entire trip. We felt so taken care of! The beach access is awesome, lots of fun amenities to take advantage of, close to town and lots of great restaurants, and beautiful lodging. If we come back to Costa Rica, I don’t know how we’ll ever stay anywhere else!

Pura Vita!!
Me and my wife traveled to Costa Rica for our honeymoon and had an amazing trip of a lifetime. We loved the staff of Los Altos and would highly recommend this place to everyone! The kindness, friendliness, and service was beyond anything we expected. Thanks again! Pura Vita!!

Great location and amazing customer service
Perfect hotel with an amazing few, delicious restaurants walking distance, and the most professional and kind staff. The hotel really made our trip to Costa Rica better. Mirla and Jeferson were responsive and helpful.

Best stay ever!!
Me and my family had the best vacation ever all departments were excellent as specially the front desk staff Mellisa, Sebastian, Brittany and Mirala all of them went above and beyond in providing our stay more memorable. Special appreciation to Melissa for spending hours on helping coordinate tours and activity. I can’t remember the gentleman at the breakfast area I think his name was Juan he exceptional in providing vegetarian meal for my wife and special needs for my kids. I’ll be 100 % come back stay at Los Altos!
