pura vida paradise!
Loved our entire stay at Los Altos. The location was perfect, easy to walk to several great restaurants and the food at the resort was outstanding , especially the included breakfast. The service is what really stands out, from our wam welcome and tour by Mirla to our pool side service by Jeremy , and Alex and Julian at beach , every where we went was Pura Vida and made for such a personal and special time. Appreciate all their recommendations and attention. The nightly tea and cookies were a super treat and keeping in contact with what’s app helped with anything we could need. The rooms, the view, property and people are top notch. Hope to come back again!!

Los Altos is a Dream Come True!
We stayed at the amazing Los Altos resort for my 60th Birthday celebration and it was a dream come true, like literally!!! The resort is beautiful, the staff and service impeccable. Immaculate views close to restaurants and the wildlife park. The excursions were incredible, I mean every expectation was met. I feel so blessed that we found Los Altos!!

Paradise!!!
Everything about our stay at Los Altos was relaxing. From the moment you step foot on the property, you are greeted by the most genuinely kind and welcoming people. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Alejandra and Jeferson as our townhouse butlers. The property and resort is breathtaking, and I highly recommend staying in one of the townhouses or villas to make the most of it. The townhouse was stunning, and the view from the private plunge pool is unmatched. The private access to Parras beach, the spa, the mini hanging bridges, the wildlife on property (sloths by the pool!) — I could go on forever!! Los Altos has my heart, and I definitely plan to be back.

Los Altos - Stunning with Exceptional Hospitality
Los Altos and the entire staff were beyond exceptional. From the moment we got there until the moment we left we felt spoiled and cared for. We have never experienced such great service and hospitality. The resort itself was perfect for our family of 5 and everyone working there felt like family by the end. Many thanks to Jefferson and the entire front desk team. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
