Highly recommend! Stay with the star !
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would especially like to thank LiliJazz for her professional and attentive service. She was warm, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. Her excellent service really made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Disappointed
Poor soundproofing. Had a very interrupted nights sleep with corridor/ room noise ( tv / kids) at midnight/ 2 am and 5 am. The breakfast buffet at The Heritage was average. Gym average. Probably not the best choice if on business travel or if seeking a private luxury stay.

Amazing stay.
Amazing room with really comfortable beds . Jo Malone toiletries and lovely touches such as nightstands that were underlit made it a great stay . The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was fab - so much to choose from . Would definitely stay again .

Lili Jazz
We met Lilijazz who was very friendly, kind, helpful and make us feel like at home. Could you please convey our BIG THANKS to her? she made us feel very at home, like we were familiar with each other she is perfect, so sweet, so pretty. she sent us extra blankets for the cold and directed us where to get medicibe as i am sick at the moment and she was very helpful! she checked in on us and kept us updated about any booking availabilities. all thanks to her we were very accomodated for, my english is not very good but we were having amazing conversation and got along so well!
