5 star experience
It was incredible. From the moment we checked in till checkout we had the most beautiful stay. We got upgraded to a stunning room with a spa bath overlooking the harbour. We were always greeted nicely and reception helped with any inquiry. Would recommend the harvest buffet breakfast too! The best selection

Family staycation
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I would like to sincerely thank Dita and Audrey for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their friendly smiles, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel truly welcome. They were always happy to help and ensured that every part of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Exceptional staff, clean and tidy rooms
Had a wonderful and seamless experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Dita and Audrey who were very accommodating of our needs (super important when travelling with a baby). Rooms were beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Good location, close to the tram. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First Time at the Darling
Our first time at The Darling on a Luxury Escape package which included self parking , dining credits and a wonderful king size room overlooking Pyrmont . The staff at reception , concierge and Sokyo restaurant were very welcoming and helpful . Our room was very quiet and comfortable with complimentary water bottles and cushion menu. The only let down was the buffet breakfast which was at Harvest restaurant in the Star complex. Unfortunately it wasn’t 5 star experience . Very average selection of fruit and yogurts. No barista coffee and juice from plastic bottles . This is why I have given it 4/5

Warm hospitality
Amazing stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We can't wait for our next visit
