The Darling

It was our 42nd wedding anniversary and we were immediately offered an upgrade which was beautiful. Checkin was easy and quick with a lovely lady called Sue. Highly recommend this hotel. We keep coming back because we are so well looked after. Its the little touches that make it special

From the moment I arrived, I had a truly amazing and memorable stay. What made my experience even more special was meeting such wonderful and genuinely caring staff. Jham from the Concierge was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He assisted me throughout my stay and always made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. His warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. I would also like to give a special thank you to Rodrigo, who kindly helped me with my belongings and made everything so much easier. His thoughtfulness and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed.
